It's straightforward to use and generally does what I need it to (upload receipts for reimbursement).
Buggy, I've had to contact support for a number of issues related to basic functionality. However support was pretty responsive and I've always had my issue resolved in a fairly timely manner.

I have had a great experience with Benepass. I've had a couple of issues with reimbursement, but customer service was on top of it and handled it quickly and professionally.
I like all of the various options available to me. I appreciate the quick response from customer support. I love being able to see all of my transactions in one place.
I think finding vendors who accept Benepass could be made a bit easier. It seems complicated to determine if a vendor I would like to use is also a Benepass vendor.

The customer support is very active and polite. It has been very pleasant to all questions about our benefits and also other random questions about the app or the benefits.
Submitting receipts for reimbursements are really easy to use and has a user friendly environment. Having a physical card and card info to use online also is helpful.
It takes relatively a long time to get reimbursed I am not sure if it is on Benepass or my company though.

I like how the different categories are broken up and know how much I have to expense before each quarter.
I do not really have any dislikes, I think an ETA of potential payment delivery would be great!

Overall an easy to use app.
It is great to see my benefits in an easy to use app.
I had some difficulty completing a couple of steps such as setting up a linked account. It all worked out but I did have to submit a support ticket to actually get through the setup then a ran into an error. The support team did respond promptly and all was resolved.

This product is very easy to use; the ability to add photos of receipts via the app allows for immediate submission and faster reimbursement. In addition, having examples of benefits that qualify for submission visible in the app increases likelihood of use.
I would like to see a reason provided for rejection of submitted reimbursements. In addition, there should be an adjudication process easily accessible.

Benepass has been great. Not only I can use it almost everywhere for food and groceries, but also they have an amazing customer care team. They usually respond within the same day.

My employer provides commuter, lunch, and fitness/wellness benefits through Benepass and I love using it! It’s great that I can add my Benepass card to my Apple Wallet for tap-to-pay. Benepass customer support is great. If a merchant ever declines my Benepass card, the reimbursement process is simple and convenient. I have used other commuter benefit distributors in the past that were clunky with outdated software and only offered physical cards. The don’t even hold a candle to Benepass! I’m a very satisfied user.
Occasionally a vendor or merchant won’t accept the card and that can be annoying, but thankfully the reimbursement process is easy and can be done right from the app.

Benepass makes it easy to distribute funds to employees. Even those are aren't tech-savvy can easily figure out this virtual card.
I love benepass because it is EASY to use. I downloaded the app and my virtual card for my HSA and company stipend were set-up. I can easily track my expenses and upload receipts.
The app can sometimes be glitchy, and any sort of changes (aka increasing money into your HSA) has to be done through email to reach customer support. I wish there was a built in chat or ability to manage some features myself.

It's been great — I'm very happy with the product. It's a great perk at my company.
I don't usually expense things to Benepass, I mainly just use it as a debit card for those areas that it automatically expenses for me. I like that it integrates so easily with my other cards and routines. The customer service has been very responsive when I've had any questions or concerns with how money has been expensed.
It's very easy to use — most day-to-day functions are really easy to use and intuitive. I think improving analytics and spending habits could be a great feature moving forward. I'd love to see the common areas where I'm using money.
