Pros
The program is awesome with giving great interview questions and determining what are their strengths and weaknesses.
The profiles are easy to use and customizable to fit the talent make-up of your best employees.
Customer service, though rarely needed, is very good. Our contact was very accommodating and helpful throughout the purchase process.
Pros
I enjoyed the ability to review the analysis of the test takers and ask The Hire Talent questions that would help me determine the direction in follow-up interviews.
The customer support has always been helpful when we reach out. However, if the client interface was a little more robust, we wouldn't have the need.
A very powerful hiring tool that suits our business & mission perfectly.
Cons
Does not work well with our ATS (BambooHR). I have to sign into Berke to manage candidates and also manage them separately on our ATS.
Just kidding, but some of our applicants do get a little stressed about some of the timed sections.
Some of the earliest iterations of the software were missing some key elements.
Cons
At first I was skeptical, but once I dove in, the results were exceptional.
Because of this, I review each specific question missed when reviewing a candidate's results.
We use their software assessments to assist in hiring decisions. We have learned the hard way when we don't follow our benchmarks it can come back to haunt us.
