Pros
My overall experience with BerniePortal has been very positive. I would recommend it to other small business looking to offer a great experience for their employees.
We've seen many of our clients get excited about the platform, especially when they are able to easily learn more about their benefits and how to keep their benefit information organized in one place.
I like the fact that Bernie Portal is so focused on the broker. The fact that they build each website for me and update each year on renewal makes Bernie Portal such a great partner for my agency.
Pros
The staff at BlueVolt is amazing at answering questions quickly and collaborating to design your university to best suit your use.
If you are looking for something easy to use, try this out. It is great for the small to medium sized company.
Amazing support, user-friendly interface, and value-added services.
Cons
The absolute worst software and customer service I have ever encountered.
It is currently blank and doesn't give direction. The inability to manipulate an employee's per pay check deduction based on a state based subsidy program that can change the amount quarterly.
The Cons are on ADP end, not Bernie. Working on these insignificant hurdles with them.
Cons
BlueVolt allows us to be "larger in appearance" and be a progressive - one stop source for product training.
Sometimes we found that it doesn't play as nicely with Captivate as it does with Articulate, but it doesn't keep us from being able to post both kinds of courses online.
