Pros
I have recommended qualified candidates to be interviewed for all 3 openings. The 3 managers were very pleased with the selection as we try to hire the best candidate to join our team.
The supporting materials were wonderful. The site and materials were helpful and well thought out.
We received a lot of incoming resumes and great candidates to choose from. Within a few days, we had good quality candidates lined up to interview and quickly provided one with an offer who accepted.
Pros
The software is very user friendly, easy to understand and navigate and has some excellent features which help to simplify recruitment tasks.
The interview scheduler is fantastic, very quick and can be used for individual and bulk bookings.
The additional Glassdoor and Indeed Review service is amazing.
Cons
Not everyone applies with their CV and the information they put is very vague.
There appeared to be no feature where I can make a cover letter mandatory.
We posted on others and got candidates that had no relevant qualifications. People seem to be on this site more than the others.
Cons
Extremely frustrating, the system itself and the staff.
It's not the prettiest software I've used which I don't have a problem with but I think my customers judge it by it's look before they use it.
I have yet to find a negative for this software.
