Pros
I have recommended qualified candidates to be interviewed for all 3 openings. The 3 managers were very pleased with the selection as we try to hire the best candidate to join our team.
The supporting materials were wonderful. The site and materials were helpful and well thought out.
We received a lot of incoming resumes and great candidates to choose from. Within a few days, we had good quality candidates lined up to interview and quickly provided one with an offer who accepted.
Pros
I love the layout of it. It's very easy to scroll through and sort through jobs of interest with location, business unit, and how to apply very clearly highlighted.
The service and support have been very prompt with responses and resolving issues, which is a huge benefit.
I like the software in general. It has been a great benefit to me so far.
Cons
Not everyone applies with their CV and the information they put is very vague.
There appeared to be no feature where I can make a cover letter mandatory.
We posted on others and got candidates that had no relevant qualifications. People seem to be on this site more than the others.
Cons
I find the tags to be confusing and unorganized.
This action makes it difficult for the new leads to be distributed, as every file must be accessed to see if it has just been updated or if there is new applicant.
It is a bit tricky to use on your mobile device, the buttons are small and it requires a lot of scrolling when I'm on the go.
