Pros
Company organisation chart is absolutely brilliant with clear lines and separation, perfect for on boarding new starters.
The ability to request peer feedback from within the app is very useful - and especially the ability for managers to see.
Intuitive, easy to personalize, can be utilized for any goal, good customer service, reliable and open.
Pros
Overall we are happy with Guusto and will continue to use this platform as our recognition program. Customer service is excellent.
It has been great, easy interface to use and I really like that you can expire the cards and gain the money back after a certain point if people don't take the cards.
If I do something silly, they always point me in the right direction and never once made me feel like I should have been able to fix it on my own. Super happy with guusto.
Cons
There's no functionality to review previous checkins, other than manually clicking into each one.
Without buy in from users, the tool loses its efficacy and impact.
People resented having to use the tool for goal setting and planning, when we already use Asana.
Cons
I guess the only complaint is some people may see the gift/text as potential spam. So you may have to remind people that it is from you.
I just find people that receive it don't know what it is and they are hesitant to open it. Not sure that there is anything Guusto can do about that.
I was away for a couple of days, i had to claim my card, i was timed out. I got a quick reply and no questions asked why i didnt meet the cut off.
