Pros

As a sign in- sign out system itbis excellent, also for shared employees when doing schedules. Really useful having all employee info accessible on cloud.
Good customer service but products like Deputy for the little things a bit better IMO.
System is excellent for managing our time & attendance, a very efficient and handy tool that has saved us time and money over the last number of years.

Pros

I love the ease of the app. I love adding shift opportunities and staff being able to request time off, drop shifts and pick up shifts as they wish.
OpenSimSim has been amazing for the last half a year, the support is great and the features it offers makes it compete with much larger brands. Honestly, couldn't get much better.
The ease of setting up different schedules is great and all my employees were able to quickly set up their profiles and were able to use the app with ease.

Cons

We no longer bring spread sheets to weekly management meetings, instead we all sit and analyze the business performance based on the information our managers have put on Bizimply.
Our old PC system often had staff waiting for warm up, connections etc and was frustrating to them especially on the rush out time.
We use the shift diary to predict our future sales and it has also allowed to us identify quieter periods and we now incentivize staff to use leave period in this time slot.

Cons

I had trouble and was a little frustrated trying to figure out how to give employees individual pay, but the OpenSimSim staff walked me thru it and now it makes complete sense.
No way to tell who messed with it and changed things. Unable to do one person the same schedule each week.
Sometimes its glitch it stops working or does not work well especially with internet explorer.
