Pros

The reporting feature is great for tracking experiences granted and those that have not been redeemed. I also like that it's simple and concise.
It's super intuitive, I like the filtering options (by number of people in your party) and I really like the heart/like feature that lets me save the activities I'm most interested in.
Blueboard makes it so easy to reward your employees with an experiences that matters to them. We have also gotten such positive feedback from our employees who have won an award.

Cons

Some elements of the UX were confusing from an administration standpoint.
They're constantly iterating features and UI based on user feedback, so sometimes I'll login and not see an unexpected view.
People feel tied to it and even if people grumble about it, it's tough to change because everyone has their own opinions on it.
