Blueboard is an easy tool to manage employee rewards. Their customer service is phenomenal and I would recommend to other companies looking for a solution to track and deliver their employee rewards.
Tracking the progress of an employee's reward from sent, to redeemed, scheduling, scheduled, completed and feedback is very helpful in addition to the metrics from the feedback.
Overall, Blueboard is an excellent product from a company with great customer service that is driven by an employee-centered value system. I highly recommend their service.
The concierge ended up booking the hotel 7 hours away from the hotel and never notified and general experience has been poor.
They're constantly iterating features and UI based on user feedback, so sometimes I'll login and not see an unexpected view.
It was so difficult to redeem your reward with Blueboard. The options to choose from were lacking and dealing with the concierge made it more difficult to use, which shouldn't be the case.
