Pros

Users are encouraged to share their 'superpowers' which helps people to connect with others who have similar interests. The system is really easy to navigate and there are some useful integrations.
Time Off - its great that you can add holiday types, the visibility is really useful and great integration with Slack.
The system features everything you'd want from a modern HRIS and even more - we love club feature and about section - it helps employees learn more about each other and find common interests.

Pros

Perfect for a small company and can grow as you do. Love not having to keep all of this data on a server.
What it says it can do is really good. We found that we were told certain things and once we signed up, those things then weren't possible.
The customer service is always good and they help you build reports if you're having trouble so that's really helpful.

Cons

Lack of options for shift patterns, still have a few problems occuring.
Importing our data was an incredibly painful process. Now that that's done, the platform works OK.
Still missing a few HR processes (eg. Competence Matrix).

Cons

This is then compounded by things not working properly, or their suggested partners running into problems that they can't fix , coupled with almost non-existent support.
The product is crazy complex and buggy. Implementing it is a nightmare.
They are adding new stuff all the time but you might find some features missing that you are used to.
