Pros
I enjoyed the functionality and control the software provides. It is very user friendly and the integrations are pretty useful.
My very favorite part about Bridge is that they have excellent customer service. They are always available to help me when needed and are great at following up.
Overall our experience is positive but with room for improvement. I think Bridge knows what needs to be improved but they're not moving as quickly as we'd like.
Pros
Free trial, prices for paid plans are good, has great reports and is very easy to use. Support is always very helpful.
I love the high quality of this tool and its quick response that fulfills all the requirements of my questions. Furthermore, it is extremely easy to use.
Things that I like in this tool are setting up is easy, user friendly and customer support guys are very professional. They provide free trial set up which is very useful before choosing a tool.
Cons
Sometimes the classes on my bridge account are not offered. This is more of a personal work problem than the software itself because my company hasn't paid for that particular subscription.
The dashboard can be a bit confusing at times for the learners, so that requires a little bit of assistance.
There is a lack of customizability in certain places.
Cons
Missing a lot of basic features such as saving a draft (I can't tell you how many reviews I've lost due to accidentally closing a tab, submission errors, etc.).
We were having some issues and conflicts, by doing this survey across the board we were able to identify areas with needed reassessing and change.
Only one tiny problem : need to have a function where we can send reminder individually.

We are using this software to bridge communication gaps we may have. Getting the feedback from the 360's has become a very useful tool in building relationships and operating procedures. It made my job easier, THANKS!
Pros
It is easy to use, very user friendly! Reports are great, easy to read and all the information is there. It gave our management team honest assessments and tools to build upon them.
Cons
Honestly, I can't say. We have had a positive experience and we will continue to use this software moving forward.
