The entire process of going to Brightmove for applicant tracking has been wonderful. The team has been very supportive.
They are so very friendly and helpful with any issue that you have. They are always looking for new ways to help improve the product and are there for you no matter what.
If you are looking for a nice, affordable database with awesome customer service, I would check them out.
Pros
I love the ability to reach technical candidates by sourcing candidates through GitHub and opening their LI profile. The search filters on both GitHub on LinkedIn is wonderful.
Overall good experience, not great, but I'm good (not great) with Boolean searches. I was testing another AI product alongside, and found it easier to find candidates with the other product.
It is a great tool that is easy to use. SeekOut has increased my diverse talent pool of candidates.
Cons
A lot of the time when I split my browser to just one side of the screen I always receive an error warning, which is an annoyance, but nothing too drastic.
Sometimes it can be a little frustrating. For no apparent reason, there are times when I can't upload a resume, even though I have been doing that function all day.
Had some struggles with duplicates before, especially when transitioning to the new layout.
Cons
I dislike that the signatures that you can make for yourself seem a little sloppy. I also dislike that I am required to create a new signature for each messaging campaign.
Ll find someone on SeekOut and then I'll want to go to their LinkedIn profile - but it takes me to their public profile and then I have to click to view in recruiter.
There are many profiles that are outdated or not up to date in seekout. Many people are no longer with the companies and do not match their Linkedin profiles.
