A great help in managing my staffing needs. An extended support to manage recruitment via 3rd Party agencies.
Provides a powerful search capability helping in reducing the manual overhead. Easy to provide work reports to the senior management by having the capability of reporting tools. The enhanced calendar feature helps to review the key appointments and assigned tasks.
Some of the available features available employ a tedious approach and no of steps are involved. Do not provide integration to other country specific 3rd party sourcing data providers.

Pro's: Brightmove is very user friendly and great for RPO firms to use. They are great with customer service and getting back to you right away. A lot of other ATS I have worked with aren't good in this department and will take forever getting back to you. Brightmove is the opposite and they are always willing to help. When there is an issue and site has billing issue for whatever reason - the ATS is pulled and then when issue resolved it takes a while to retrieve data. Jobs are sent to be posted and they never appear on job boards.
It tracks applicants and it allows for parsing of resumes and posting of jobs on the site. That's it.
Customer and training Svcs is limited - the automatic external postings don't get posted except one.

Ease of use, the ability to navigate between open positions and jobs and how Brightmove flows positions to Indeed.com and other job posting sites.
No complaints. I wish it integrated into our payroll application for onboarding purposes, but this is not a fault of Brightmove.

The system is fast , profiles have the necessary information to deal recruiters. I think improvements could be made in relation to that sometimes when one is in median income of a candidate the system does not work. No thanks I'm done
Sometimes its kind of confused. Sometimes profiles have irrelevant information . It has many options to write information when one is getting the info that sometimes is not relevant.

BrightMove for HR is a great software for recruiters, it has a facility for Self Service Portal where applicant can directly fill-up forms and apply for specific position. It has also connection to other Job Publishing company for the distribution of Jobs. Many more exciting features awaits for recruiters to make task simpler and enjoyable.
With this tools, expect many interested candidates/application for posted jobs. This takes time for proper screening to get the qualified candidates.

I really felt great about the old Brightmove and really love the new phone number feature, but overall I have found some glitches and problems with the new update. A lot of the time when I split my browser to just one side of the screen I always receive an error warning, which is an annoyance, but nothing too drastic. I think the new way to paste resumes is less desirable. There should be an option to view the resume in a bigger screen rather than the puny screen that it is currently on. A separate window option would probably fix that.

you can access almost anything with only a couple clicks and it is pretty self explanatory for the most part. The emails seem to get rejected much less frequently than in the past.

Cost effective, fast!
It was very quick to set up. Tech support is awesome. So many features I have yet to explore. Integrates seamlessly with Indeed, easy apply.
I had to set it up the majority myself, and there are so many features that I don't know how to use (yet). East Coast Customer support so hours are limited for support when urgent, no help after 3 or on weekends. We set up as an RPO.

I think Brightmove is decent but lacks in certain areas. It's great for tracking candidates, and navigating the system is very simple. I'd like it to have the ability to track emails from my outlook, as the internal email system is clunky and doesn't seem to work properly. I like the sourcing capabilities and the candidate attraction it provides. It makes it very easy for me to market to different areas. I like being able to customize candidate portals as well.
Sometimes I feel that the job pages are slightly difficult to decipher - a cleaner layout might be nice.

I like the customer service team the best. they are so very friendly and helpful with any issue that you have. They are always looking for new ways to help improve the product and are there for you no matter what.
The software has technical difficulties every now and then, but the customer service team is always available right away to help fix any issue.

Some of the navigation is simple, but it is lacking in having no option to click "previous page" or "back" throughout so you don't have to go back in a browser page. When you are doing a power search it often resets the search and you lose your data. Another big issue is duplicate checking. There is no way to indicate that you have reviewed the possible duplicates and flag them as "not a duplicate" and have them fall off the list. Therefore, the list is always too large to manage.

Although we are new to it, the resume search feature was huge for us, because other ATS' don't offer that feature.
I can't say anything yet because I am still new to the system, but as with any system, the initial set-up and creating templates is not my favorite thing to do, although absolutely critical in the success of any recruitment process.

The aspect i enjoy most about the software is the ease of use - very user friendly and easy to navigate.
Although I like the ability to "view resumes" in bulk, I do not like that they are in plain HTML text and that there is not an easier option to see the actual resume document.

love being able to log in at any town I have traveled to
