We have used BrightMove for nearly 4 years so have seen many positive changes .. what I have learned, is that they are proactive to adapt to the recruiting market's changes. Additionally, they are extremely open to customizations based upon a specific organization's needs; we're a unique structure, so have needed a few of these (and couldn't be more pleased). They have a solid RPO model (as a reseller), great HR edition for Corporate use, and great integration points .. whether SSO log into partner sites, job posting capability, and/or social media sharing. Thanks BrightMove, keep up the great work!

Easy to use and excellent documentation. Customer service has been great. BrightMove is easy to navigate and intuitive.
The reporting functionality is somewhat limited, but has been enhanced with ad-hoc reporting and is becoming more robust.

The support, functionality and ease of use is unreal. I find another way to leverage this platform everyday. It really does everything we need and much more. It's great that the end users impact the product road map and contribute to the features being developed and released. Staff is easy to work with and responsive in addition to providing solutions and not just answers. Strongly recommend this product to anyone in talent acquisition, recruiting or hiring.

Easy to load resumes, search capability is very good, pricing for our business size and model is very good!
Their pay for use model is great for us so far since our volume and activity is up and down. Email support has been great. Integration with Outlook works nicely.
We've had some issues getting the DICE integration to work right out of the box. It's not as visually stunning or simple as other solutions. It would be great if the questionnaire functionality would support grading so we can better qualify candidates applying.

I have had a pretty good experience with Brightmove over the past 5 months. It is an organized software and meets my needs as a recruiter. It is sometimes unnecessarily inefficient with all of the steps it requires, and it sometimes is a bit glitchy and inconsistent. Overall, I am satisfied with the software.

We use Brightmove daily. There are minimal downtimes, but always back up and running quickly. Responsive to inquires and always incorporating new features. I like the candidate database and reminders. Search function could be more robust and improved.

The ATS is extremely is easy to use and can be customized to your liking. You can easily see from a glance where in the recruiting process an applicant is. You can keep track of all activities, notes, documents, and emails from your applicants and clients. There are email templates that greatly reduce the amount of time spent creating emails. Some of the cons are: the power search box with words to include doesn't seem to weed out enough candidates; perhaps I need to learn how to do this but it doesn't seem very easy. There isn't a payroll function with this ATS.

They are always updating and providing emails. I wish there was a mobile interface
The platform is not stable. My credentials are not recognized. I would like a way to use this as a sales CRM tool - keeping my contacts available/sortable without having to develop some kind of customized report.

BrightMove accomplishes what other ATS do not in that BrightMove is very mold-able to meet the needs of each Client. It is easy to use and learn, and even has a Google Chrome Extension to parse in Resumes. I can build out special folders depending on each client. And I recieve an e-mail every time a candidate applies to a position I posted. BrightMove also allows me to attach it to a sponsored marketing/job campaign while posting the job to several job boards at once. BrightMove also continues to adapt to changing technology and offers very good support.

I have been very pleased with using BrightMove. It is very easy to navigate through, and they are always updating the product to make the experience even better. Of course, the product has its negatives, and has some technological difficulties every now and then, but the customer service team is always right on top of every problem. They always work quickly to solve the issue and get everything working again in a very fast manner. I would highly recommend this software to any recruiting company.

I have a great experience working with the ATS system. I like the ease to use it, and that it is self explanatory most of the time. I don't like that sometimes activities like sending emails won't show up immediately. I also would like to be able to change stage in the candidates status more accessible. Like once the position a has been closed it is hard to change the status of the candidate to consider him again and start screening him. After order is closed or the position has been filled.

Keeping track of communication with up to hundreds of candidates for multiple positions at a time is made easier thanks to BM. It helps us organize our feedback for every candidate both individually and as a a team. BM is also very easy to navigate.
