Pros
Briqs are great at encouraging you to talk and reward others within the work environment. Its a great feeling to give briqs and to receive them.
Also, it's a pretty awesome way to give kudos to team members and show them that their work matters.
It's a nice and easy way to say thank you when someone goes above and beyond and helps with office morale.
Pros
I like how easy it is to use and the ability we have to be creative in what we spiff on.
It is intuitive and fun to use and it's fun to see what everyone else is giving shout outs for even if the shout out isn't for you.
I also love that these rewards are integrated into a swag storefront, where people can see the immediate benefit of their recognition.
Cons
No leaderboard for team members ; no team management.
It can be a little bothersome when you are in a hurry to get the command right first time. I often give one briq when I ought to give more.
Sometimes a bit limited. Could be more customisable.
Cons
It's a bit confusing how the point system works (which points stay, which expire). The caveat is that I missed the kick-off meeting, so that may be user error.
The fact that points expire at the end of the month has forced some on our team to quickly dump their points to other individuals before they lose them.
It seems that you can’t load the pages very quickly, not sure if that’s my problem or the software.
