What users say

The implementation team prior to launch truly invests time in learning the culture of the organization. I believe that is one of the key reasons why our launch was successful.
The rewards are obtainable and not over priced for the points receivedLocal stores and restaurants used is also a plus.

Good for the employees

Reviewed 3 years ago

I am a user however I find it useful to reward positive behavior in a forum that does not negate people who are not being recognized at that time.

Pros

The ability to spread the words about other's good works in a place where is does not embarrassed them but is available to other members of the company who would not normally hear of the daily good deeds of individual members of the company. In my case I was rewarded with points. It is useful even without the points. People feel good to be appreciated.

Cons

I sometimes find it difficult to look up people to see if an entry has been made. Value for money I really should not have answered because I do not know what it costs the company. I could not take the optional answer back to no answer. More I don't know choices could be useful.

Employee recognition and rewarding

Reviewed a year ago

Super positive. Morale builder.

Pros

Ability to do more than just praise someone in and out of my department is key! This puts a monetary value to it.

Cons

I would prefer all users were notified when recognition was given and not just the ppl receiving it.

Bucketlist is the most intuitive workplace value program I've seen.

Reviewed 7 years ago

Coworkers are finding personal growth in their role at the company. I also feel like natural, engaging conversations are being formed around our Bucketlist goals.

Pros

I love that I can keep up-to-date with my coworker's professional and personal achievements. Because of Bucketlist, I discover common interests naturally with my co-workers.

Cons

It's hard to say. I would love it if I could also have a Bucketlist group with my circle of friends.

Bucketlist is Great to Cheer Your Coworkers On!

Reviewed 5 years ago

I really enjoy using Bucketlist. It's a great way to see what all work my coworkers do and reward them for all their hard work. =D

Pros

I enjoy using Bucketlist because it is a great way to cheer my coworkers on. Giving them points helps them see the value of their work and inspires them to do more.

Cons

I think the only thing I dislike is that I have a limit of points to give to my coworkers. That is not Bucketlist's fault though, my company only gives us so many points to give out to others each month.

Great program to motivate teammates to do their best

Reviewed 5 years ago

For us it is a way of motivating teammates to do their best and recognize each other. It seems like everybody loves it in our team.

Pros

It is such a great idea to motivate teammates to do their best and recognize each other. It always feels nice when somebody recognizes your work. However, it feels even nicer when you receive extra value of a recognition by being able to collect and redeem your points. The redemption process is so easy and quick. Good job!

Cons

I can't think of anything I don't like about this programs. It's great idea and implementation. Keep it up!

Great recognition program.

Reviewed 4 years ago

We are fairly new to both Bucketlist and employee recognition programs but to date the experience is very positive. The site is very intuitive to both recognize another member and also to redeem points.

Pros

This is a great solution for improving member engagement. It's nice to be able to provide recognition to your peers for the value they provide you and your organization in a way that is not as structured as the performance review process. It allows us to value the little things that often go unnoticed. The point redemption process is also very quick and seamless. The instructions are all very clear.

Cons

There are no improvements i would make at this point.

I'm fairly satisfied on my end, but I do have small suggestions

Reviewed a year ago

The feed/dashboard is confusing for me to navigate chronologically and sometimes I have trouble finding post that involve me a second time.

Pros

I loved that I could just take all of the points that I had accrued and just cash them in for Amazon gift cards

Cons

There doesn't seem to be a lot of stuff in my area. Anything that is just doesn't seem to have a good enough point cost to beat just getting a gift card
