Bullhorn is helpful and I love being able to access it from anywhere - the pricing is high but again this is the easiest of ATS/CRM that ia available to consumers - which is a good thing.
I think Bullhorm has a great user interface which makes the software really easy to use. I also like it offers a good range of integrations with third parties.
I manage Bullhorn CRM for my company from an IT standpoint and I like the featres and tools it offers and customer support is super helpful and a pleasure to work with.
Pros
We save a lot of time due to the centralisation of the job applications. The pre-scanning of the applications helps in doing the good choice.
Win time, reduce costs and improve quality of recruitment through Skeeled software.
Great experience, very user friendly, easy to handle and with a great overview.
Cons
I was sold on a product that does not do what I was told it would do for me. The customer experience is unprofessional and one of the worst experiences I've ever had.
The severe lack of customisations. We were sold on the idea that it could be quite extensively customised, only to come on board and be told that it cannot work, even if we are willing to pay for it.
Another tremendous problem is that it is very costly i.e. not affordable for everyone even if one wishes. That’s the only thing in which it lags the most.
Cons
I find it a little uncomfortable how you can comment on candidates. To set own status and to set flags or comments on the candidate.
Not much to say here but I would say the lack of follow-up on-line regarding Muliposting publication.
Candidate sees “no-reply” in the reply to. No possibility to recall an email.
