Bullhorn is helpful and I love being able to access it from anywhere - the pricing is high but again this is the easiest of ATS/CRM that ia available to consumers - which is a good thing.
I think Bullhorm has a great user interface which makes the software really easy to use. I also like it offers a good range of integrations with third parties.
I manage Bullhorn CRM for my company from an IT standpoint and I like the featres and tools it offers and customer support is super helpful and a pleasure to work with.
Pros
Sprigg has been pretty good and straight forward. I like the way we can modify performance reviews.
Ability to request progress reports. Ability to respond to team's entries.
Additionally it's ability to store company documents in one place for all employees to access is another great feature of Sprigg.
Cons
I was sold on a product that does not do what I was told it would do for me. The customer experience is unprofessional and one of the worst experiences I've ever had.
The severe lack of customisations. We were sold on the idea that it could be quite extensively customised, only to come on board and be told that it cannot work, even if we are willing to pay for it.
Another tremendous problem is that it is very costly i.e. not affordable for everyone even if one wishes. That’s the only thing in which it lags the most.
Cons
In almost all of our applications we have simplifies and reduced administrative burden and costs compared to existing processes.
It is a little "clunky" for moving around. It takes a little while to get used to moving about in the software and when it is not something that you use daily or weekly, is a little bit frustrating.
At times, the end-users struggle a bit with navigating the software.
