Pros and cons
It is user-friendly, the display is great, there is a lot of help built into the software, the search features are strong, sending e-campaigns is easy, customer service gets back to you quickly.
Robust functionality, very responsive, helpful, and knowledgable support team, leadership team focused on constant improvement and maintaining great value for cost.
It is intuitive and easy to use. It has all the functionality of a large CRM in a great software that is affordable.
Terrible consistency , terrible reports , and defensive tech support reps.
It doesn't seem I can have both sort features at the same time. If there is, I missed it.
I don't like the newest changes that we had no choice about. I prefer the previous version.
