Easy to use HR software

This software is so easy to use, it's amazing. I went from manually having to manage our HR function to using Charlie HR and it's made my life so much easier. Everyone in my office finds it simple to use, which says a lot! It compiles all the information you need with just a few clicks and it's so easy to set up new users. It's a great product, definitely recommend

Make HR easy!

Really useful HR software

Really great- Very easy to onboard new team members onto before they've started which is a big time saver and tracking holiday across teams means we have full visibility of who is away from the office and when which is a real help.

For me, it makes the mundane tasks (such as booking time-off) an absolute breeze. And that means I free up more time to focus on my actual work! 

I don't know why you wouldn't use Charlie

Saves me a lot of time compared to running everything through google docs and spreadsheets. The UX is superb and it is beautifully designed. The weekly updates let us capture any changes for payroll and the checklist feature has really helped me and my team to run onboarding and offboarding much more smoothly.

Easy to use, beautifully designed HR Software

Brilliant product - would highly recommend 

I have been using it for the last few months and it has been a lot easier to use and helpful than previous HR software i've used.
I like that it can help you get to know people in different teams, I used it a lot when I was just starting to familiarise myself with people's names and roles!
I really like the look and feel of it, feels friendly not overly corporate! It makes the whole approval for holidays process smooth and easy, no long forms and procedures.

I'd highly recommend it to others.

A very nice, if a little basic, bit of HR software.

It has made our HR workload much better. Asking for time off and getting to know who´s not around is now a matter of 2 clicks. Just brilliant.

                                                       Before we started using CharlieHR, we used an amalgamation of QuickBooks for management of payroll, and spreadsheet for holiday tracking, and then just general shared messages or docs around peoples' names, locations and other things, and honestly it was a pain in the ass, and so we turned to CharlieHR... or the initial impetus was to turn to HR Platform and that ended up being CharlieHR.
                                                       We needed to find a pretty basic platform in all honesty. It needed to do the most simple things you need from an HR platform. We didn't have that many niche use cases, and so for us it was a pretty strong price comparison leaning, and CharlieHR has a great start-off discount, so we looked at that. We considered a bunch of alternatives but I think beyond price, what sold us on CharlieHR was just their ease of use.
                                                       Getting started with CharlieHR was super easy. They have a great onboarding call and setting up the account is pretty easy to do too. It's nice that it's not too enterprisey and therefore it's pretty lightweight. It doesn't feel like there's a million screens you have to go through to be able to achieve anything, and getting the team onboarded was pretty easy. It sends out an email to everyone, and people were pretty happy signing up for it, especially when they discovered that there was a rewards page which gave them a bunch of discounts that they didn't otherwise have. So yeah, it was pretty easy onboarding.
                                                       CharlieHR is super easy to use and I think that there aren't... there's only one reason which comes to mind in not getting it. Well, actually maybe two, let's say, the first of which is they don't have an API. I know this is something they're working on, but we did find this frustrating when trying to integrate with our office management platform and other platforms like that. It's just great having an API to our HR data.
                                                       The second thing is it's not necessarily the most beautiful product in all places. It feels quite like straight out of their design library, but I think that's the product part of me just speaking. I think from a practicality point of view it nails that, so maybe it's only really one reason after all, but yeah, I would definitely get it.
