Pros
Love that my confusion was eaily handled by their customer support, I felt I had a dedicated relationship that felt more like "consulting services" versus the typical Client/Vendor relationship.
I have had alot of success with ClearCompany its easy to use and the integration is awesome also customer support is very responsive and fast with problems.
It is available at a reasonable price, organization during the hiring process of an applicant, helps employers hire the best talent, excellent service support staff and personalized training.

Cons
The software does not function well at all. Multiple bugs, confusing workflows, poor system notifications, no customization to your hiring process.
Horrible customer support. Have submitted the same request to their support team a dozen times (regarding their feed to ADP, a supposed preferred partnership) and they go ignored and unaddressed.
Outside job posting (JobTarget) does not work well at all.
