I have used Connecteam for a few months now, and it's just great. In summary: Pros - - Very professional look & feel - Amazing customer service with a lightning speed response time -Great educations modules - Great GPS connected punch clock - Great checklists interface - Value for money (small businesses free) Cons - Lacks a task management interface - Quizzes still need improvement in terms of new question types - still a few minor bug fixes

Connecteam has allowed me to take my disorganized fraternity to a high functioning and organized dream. My work time has been cut in half and I don't have to use different applications to gather the info I need from members. Truly power stuff.

llevo muy poquito usando esta aplicación pero lo que mas me ha gustado es ver mediante GPS el fichaje de los empleados en el sitio donde estén, la modificación de turnos y la eficacia para comunicarte con soporte
lo que menos me ha gustado es que aun no termino de entender mucha sistemática de la aplicación, me esta costando un poco llevar a cabo varias tareas porque no es fácil de entender.

Communicating with the employees that are not computer users.
The admin internet site is great. Easy to use, self explanatory and looks great. There are any options although some are missing.
The application UI looks old and not updated. It's not as fun as an application should be. and not as easy.

There are many ways Connecteam can improve drastically. The first way is to allow syncing of calendars or offer its own scheduler. The second is to allow API access. Third, allow staff to be assigned jobs with a value which can then be paid via Stripe.
Easy to use.
Missing too many features.

Amazing UI and functionality in the ability to track and follow schedules send organization or team specific notifications and reminders and the ability to train your team straight from the app.
Time sheet Accessibility Notifications and team reminders
Team member can only join app using phone invitation stoping users with iPods or IPads from using the app unless they have a phone
