I've been looking for this for my small business for 2 years!

Overall, I give it a 9.5. I'd give it a 10, but no one would believe me if I did.

Pros

The app is fantastic, but the customer service is beyond compare!!! All companies should take a page from their book!

Cons

Uptime is about 99.5%, and it should be a bit higher. Also, when they are down, the are down for multiple hours.

Great user friendly app

Our job costing is coming out more accurate due to the time clock function. Guys are no longer guessing how long of a lunch they took, when they got to the job site, etc. We've seen the time it takes to do payroll has been cut substantially since we're able to export clear precise spreed sheets; instead of using time cards & adding everything up manually. Also to be able to communicate over the app is huge, we can get progress photos easily & keep everyone on the same page.

Pros

It's an app that's super easy to use and also customize to your liking. I was able to get my team on board very quickly & efficiently. The time clock & geo location is a great feature for us since we have several crews at different job sites that do not always remember to clock in or out of a job site. It's also a great means of communication between groups or individuals. We also use the library quite a bit to store a lot of informational content for our crews.

Cons

The time clock can be a slight hassle to get to. You have to click on the time clock on the side & then click which time clock you'd like to choose. We run off of one time clock so it's an extra step for us but this is being picky. There have been some glitches but nothing that wasn't later solved.

Customer Service You Can't Beat!!!

It has been very user friendly and every few months they are making great updates and adding new features that you may not realize you needed, but ABSOLUTLEY come in handy. What I appreciate most is the phenomenal customer service that I have gotten from the team. If ever there is a question or you need support, they are there to help and will do all they can to get you the answer you need or connect you with someone who can. So far so great. We have been with them for a year and I don't see us leaving anytime soon!

Pros

Ease of use Accessibility Adaptability Integrations

Cons

It is a little on the pricey side, but for what you get, it really comes out to be worth it. We really use this system for almost everything. and every day they are adding new features. I do not have many complaints at this point.

The solution we needed

Fantastic customer service, with fast and accurate responses. They do a good job of trying to make sure you understand how to use the app to its full capacity.

Pros

With a mobile workforce we needed a system to reach everyone with ease. Connecteam delivered that and more.

Cons

Some additional customization options would be great, I would like the ability to customize breaks and be able to edit break times in the app. That being said, I imagine these features will be added soon because the Connecteam developers are always trying to improve their product.

Happy Company

It makes our business run smoothly. Its essential to what he have created. The support has been amazing. I always get a quick friendly response and a solution to any issues.

Pros

How easy it is to use as an admin and a user. My remote staff can use it without issues. Also the forms! this is critical for our business.

Cons

That It costs a lot of extra money per month for different features. I would love to be able to attach media to my updates sometimes. But it is not worth the price for us to have that feature.

Connecteam - Easy time clock management and your staff with love it

Connecteam is an easy online/mobile time clock. Our staff has found it easy to implement and never forget to clock it. The software makes payroll a 10-15 minute activity vs the 60 minutes it took before when using a paper system.

Pros

We initially did a trial of this software with our staff. They loved it and begged us to continue with it. It is so easy, and allows for a great tool to manage time and make payroll reports fast.

Cons

The one feature that would make this software even better would be the ability to export payroll time into straight hours vs the hour. minutes that it comes out in even though it reports the minutes after a decimal (for example 90 minutes is reported as 1.30 instead of 1.5 hrs)

Most Comprehensive Employee Scheduling App currently in the market

So far everything had been great, personally, I have been on many platforms before but none had been as good as completeness in my personal opinion. Will gladly recommend this if you are willing to spend

The Connecteam platform checked all of the boxes for our operations. Timeclock, Scheduling, Workflows, and Customization features have streamlined our business and improved our staff communication significantly. Plus it's very easy to use!

Pros

Connecteam customer services team is very helpful and responds to request quickly. Also, I like the look and ease of use. My staff really appreciate that.

Cons

We encountered a few bugs, mainly due to newly added features.

I wish that I could add number fields together in the forms.

Great for team communication

Pros

Connecteam is one of the best apps for team communication especially when working remotely. Its interface is intuitive and easy to navigate. It helps in productivity and organizing my work, and track tasks more efficiently. I can recommend it to anyone.

Cons

The app using too much RAM for desktops which I don't like but otherwise I like the software.

Pros

Love the help/support chat! So convenient and you get responses so fast! Has everything I am needing and more affordable then 4 apps I am currently using.

Cons

Offer customization in the color themes or ability to upload more custom banners to make it feel as if it is truly your business app. Customize banners for each group will be nice!

Love This Program!

OUTSTANDING program and service! I highly recommend it.

Pros

Folks can clock in/out without having to go to the church office to the timeclock. Plus, as a small business, we actually got the service for free (until we go over 10 employees on the clock).

Cons

I needed to ask for some help in setting some of it up, but my support person was just amazing during our Zoom call!!!

Outstanding Connecteam

Connecteam application gives you the power to do more anywhere and anytime, and it allows for the real-time exchange of information and multimedia files.

Pros

Connecteam is an all-in-one application that gives staff the power to access and do so much at once on their mobile be it clocking in, checking directories or sending messages and so much more. The setup process is so easy and flexible supporting not just a mobile smartphone but also quick to use on laptops and other devices.

Cons

One of the cons of connecteam for me is the fact that you get charged when sending a text message through the number on the directory list.

Best work app I’ve used so far

There are so many benefits, I feel I find a new one every week, if I haven’t assigned someone to a job and they need to go, they can still clock in at that job! Such a time saver, this is what I mean by double sided, the app that just keeps on giving.

Pros

I absolutely love it all, each feature is amazingly simple but very productive! My staff love it too I feel it is double sided!

Cons

There is absolutely no cons in my opinion

Staying Connected

Connecteam has allowed our Field Photographers to stay connected through out the season. They have enjoyed the social media like environment of the updates section, and have utilized the chat option greatly. We struggled getting connected with our field employees before and have been able to build that back up with connecteam.

Pros

Honestly, the atmosphere. The ability to use GIFs and emojis really kept our team engaged. The colors always kept everything lively and not dull. Our team makes students say cheese for a living and we wanted to provide them with a platform representing their characteristics.

Cons

There were a couple of Glitches where I'd post a schedule and it would not load. I ended up having to refresh and repost all information.

The chat section is a bit kludgy. It should be easier to create and maintain groups.

Great time clock app!

Pros

This app is extremely easy to use and has some really great features, even on the most basic plan!

Cons

My only complaint as of right now is the reliability of the GPS coordinates, which is something I was just told will no longer be a problem with the new update that's soon to release.

Pros

It's a good combination for us between scheduling and team communication. I'm easily able to look over multiple user details and communicate with them about it. I also like how we can add custom fields to many of the categorizing features that work for our business and industry.

Cons

Currently we wish to be able to move our Onboarding material into Courses but it's only able to be moved to custom folders. This may just be due to how our Onboarding materials are currently setup. Otherwise, I have no complaints.

Great Features for a Reasonable Price

Overall my Connecteam experience has been the best I've had with any team management software so far. This app allows me to keep track of everything in one place rather than having to utilize several different software applications. The small hiccups that occur along the way are always easily resolved in a timely and effective manner.

Pros

This software keeps all my employees connected with me and the other members of their team. Connecteam is a great tool for managing workflows, time management, and communication among several different teams.

Cons

I wish I had the ability to schedule future posts (such as birthday wishes or scheduled updates) without having to upgrade to the next plan. I lead too small of a team to justify upgrading to the higher plan but definitely miss out on the ability to utilize the more advanced features. I also believe that allowing admins to be able to manually input availability would be helpful as our scheduling manager finds it easier to run availability through her rather than having them input it themselves.

The App to Connect Your Team

We've been using Connecteam for 80+ employees for about 4 months. The communication and timeclock functionality works wonderfully for us, though we still have quite a bit to learn about using this app.

Pros

Connecteam allows us to instantly communicate with any employee, or group of employees, rather than sending out a company-wide email and hoping that everyone gets the message.

Cons

Sometimes the functionality doesn't always seem intuitive to me, but the instant help chat support team are able to help me accomplish my objectives.

Connecteam provides me with all the "people" management tools I need to keep my small business functional and on the GO! They also care about the small businesses and their new pricing structure for businesses < 10 employees in actually unbelievable and unprecedented in my eyes!

Cons

Would like if it provided a Payroll Processing Option or Partner that pulls from the captured time.

Pros

The fact that payroll and keeping track of time off has become 10x easier is enough for me to recommend Connect Team to everyone! The integrations make running payroll so quick and seamless compared to the previous time clock we were using. There are so many benefits to this software and our employees love how easy it is and how many resources there are.

Cons

The plans can be hard to figure out at first. It took us a few times of upgrading to figure out exactly what we need and want. I do wish some of the features were available on most of the plans.
