Streamlining documents and employees are much easier with this software

The necessity for employee and management tools compels us to adopt Connecteam and leverage its array of functionalities. Within this software, we effectively utilize tools such as progress monitoring, time tracking, task planning, workflow management, report forms, and numerous others. It is the utilization of these tools that contributes to the remarkable cost-effectiveness of Connecteam.

Pros

Numerous tools for different needs are what make it a cost-effective purchase.

Cons

There is occasional lag even though having a high-specs device.

A Great App with Great Support at a Great Price

It is a user friendly tool that has made communication within the department of the institution easy.

Pros

Connecteam is a sofware that is being used departmentally in the institution.It makes it possible for members of each department to internally communicate. It has different options in which employees can use to be kept up to date and feel connected. One of the thing that excites me the most is the great customer support that is always reachable. The software is also easy to use and come at a market friendly price.

Cons

Hardly can i mention any dislike. It is a great product and i love it.

Makes my job easier

From my onboarding process to today my experience has been amazing. I would recommend Connecteam to everyone!

Pros

The ease, the price, the functionality, the support, everything.

Cons

There were a few features that didn’t work on mobile, only on desktop. We are all mobile so that was a little challenging. But the support staff was always there to help!

Importance of tools in accomplishing daily management & processes.

I and my employees have excellent experience in using this software which is why we have continued to utilize it and become an integral part of our daily work.

Pros

Its friendly user interface and number of useful features are commendable

Cons

My only problem is the app crashing but it rarely happens so it is good.

Cons

The timesheet feature doesnt sync with our payment software. This costs us money as we need to spend time doing it twice.

Please place your vote to help push it forward :) Also, did you try to use the custom report option? I was stepping into a new (very important) role in the Nonprofit I work for. Connecteam allowed me to take on my new position exactly how I wanted to which allowed me to focus on more important things. I was very successful and have now been brought on in a permanent position. I honestly don’t think I could have done that without the ease of Connecteam.

Pros

So easy to use and the support and feedback are amazing. I had an idea in mind of how I wanted to communicate with my employees and when I found Connecteam it checked all of my boxes and exceeded my expectations for any software on the market.

Cons

There is a LOT. In a great way! But it was quite overwhelming to begin with but the team was always there to talk me through it!

It’s easy to use and helps me manage my business so much better

Cons

No payroll to help calculate the accurate time from the time clock management

FABULOUS Product

Customer service is timely and very helpful. This is key for me and my role when I need help, I need it then and not a week later. Assistance was perfect as they saw my problem, sent me a video recording on how to fix the problem so I could also have for later reference and I was able to keep things moving along...in this business time is money and they just saved me BOTH!

Pros

Connectteam allows me as the employee engagement manager to keep up team morale by maximizing the Celebrations feature. Also, our Field Supervisor is able to track real time location and management of our equipment and our personnel. It's easy to use and having the mobile app keeps everyone moving along without having to be stuck at a desktop all day.

Cons

Nothing...the tool is perfect for our growing organization...actually excited to look into the other options we have not yet utilized.

Connecteam as an Employee Scheduler

Good, we appreciate the quick customer service whenever we have a problem or questions

Pros

Has many many features all in one place so you don't need multiple programs, but you can set up as much or as little as you have time for

Cons

I was hoping to get a little more use out of the tasks and workflow functions but it isn't as user friendly for recurring group tasks as I would like, the QB Online integration hasn't been very smooth.

Pros

Connecteam is a software that is being used departmentally in the organization. It allows for members of veach department to internally communicate. What I like most about the software is that it is easy to use and also the customer support is always available. It has helped us to communicate with speed and at ease.

Cons

I am beyond satisfied with the sofware. It is reach in features and very affordable. I have no dislike for the product.

Good Application for Non-profits and Mid size teams!

Pros

We use this application for managing volunteers. Volunteers can easily add their contributed hours with this application.

Cons

The newly added employees can't able to see the past posts. It would be better if they can see the last posts too!

Hi there Anand! Thanks for your feedback! New users can definitely see older posts if those were published to Smart Groups. When you create anything on Connecteam, the system asks you how you'd like to publish it. You can select the users you have RIGHT NOW in your account, or select a Smart Group which will include all current and future users that match that group's rules (you have the default "all users" group if you want everyone to see those posts). If you're not sure how to do that, you can contact our team via our live chat :) Thanks again!

The customer service is better than most. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] took the time to make sure we felt comfortable using the varying components available. She also provided us links to support that will increase our productivity with the program.

Pros

The training provided by [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] has been our best experience. The time tracking is useful as well.

Cons

The software itself requires me a little more searching for some components than I like such as reporting, but overall very useful.

Great platform to reach all employees.

Pros

Able to deploy messages to employees with no organizational mailbox. Arrange registrations to events and meetings. Get feedback surveys for trainings in the company. Great support team (especially Chen Shofar).

Cons

It would be great to be able to grant specific permissions to a manager in the organization to check out reports submitted by his employees. It would be very interactive to be able to reply back to a specific report submitted by employee - for example, if an employee report for safety incident, we would like to tell him/her that his report has been handled.

Helped us get organized!

The support was super awesome and fast with my questions! Overall this product has been great!

Pros

The view! We can see everything we need to see as admins in one place which helps keep us organized! We love that everything is colour coded for ease :)

Cons

It would be nice to be able to list multiple jobs under one shift as we are often split between admin, cleaning, and teaching time :)

Easy to Navigate

So if you need something inexpensive this is a decent program. It is our main program used for schedules and communication. Simple and easy for those employees that are technically challenged too.

Pros

You do get a free trial but also the basic plan you still have so many functions. It is easy access & phone app that works great.

Cons

I don't like that i can't go put in unavailable the employee can only do that. I would like that function & maybe it is something you get the more you pay but not from what I've been able to tell even on high package.

Loving Connectteam for its ease and practicality! Makes day to day work flow manageable and provides staff with ongoing schedules.

Cons

If you are a larger organization, I feel that a few items should not be charged for. Example, to copy and past a schedule from one week to the next, it should not be billed extra.

The ability to have everything in one place is great and the mobile app is very easy to use.

Pros

The time clock integration with shift scheduler has been a great tool in keeping track of the ongoing projects.

Cons

The ability to assign shifts/tasks over multiple days would be very beneficial. I also wish there was a way to see a percentage of project being done based on the amount of assigned shifts/tasks.

Pros

All the features a business would need in one platform. Easy timecard management is huge for "in the field" staff.

Cons

Calendar scheduling is still not an easy process, and having clients that operate on a bi-weekly basis, making edits to shifts and staff that are part-time is not a "fluid" motion when compared to google calendar.

That way, if you have bi-weekly recurring shifts you can easily have them repeat every other week. Pros

The most is a job scheduling. You can make a schedule for your employees very fast and easy way. You will save a lot of time as the jobs can be repeated and duplicate!

Cons

There it might be a few things like a archive the jobs or offline service so people can still use the app without wifi.

The best app for any small team

I love the app, as a company always trying to expand and be better, this app surely has aided us. 10/10 would make my company better again!

Pros

I cannot speak for a large team, but this app is absolutely free for smaller teams, and it includes everything you need to run a small business. Ok, not everything, but communication, time clocks, scheduling, and much more. I would not hesitate to download this app, it will save you money, time, and valuable resources.

Cons

I do not like...I do not like.....I do not like the.......I do not like that the app also does not keep a detailed inspection sheet, or sales records. That would be asking too much, as this app connects the team, and is perfect. However, if they included those features, I wouldn't need another program

I interacted with [SENSITIVE CONTENT], a very friendly man who could answer all my questions with patience

Pros

It works! It's user friendly. I had one question about the software, within 5 minutes I had a great and personal explanation about the job schedular, even though I'm located in the Netherlands. I would very much recommend this app to other (small) businesses. What a great thing to empower small business by making it free of charge.

Cons

So far I haven't come across a negative aspect of the software
