A powerful tool for business

Connecting within the business team members and the field staffs of every corner becomes easy, updates and reporting is very convenient for everyone. We find unlimited applications and usage with Connecteam. We would strongly recommend giving a try and it will be a useful tool for most business.

Pros

Most of the features what we expected to implement in a standard business is readily available, very flexible to implement. Works seamlessly without delays on the push notifications to users, geo fencing is the best part and the approval requests for extended work hours are very much useful and many more.

Cons

SMS functions didn't go well, probably due to local regulations SMS may have delivery failures.

Amazing customer service and ease of use!

Pros

I find Connecteam very user friendly, for both admins and users. The layout is similar to other apps out there which really makes it feel less like a task and more of an social employee driven application. The customer service (which is very speedy at replying) is outstanding. It truly feels like Connecteam is looking out for its customers above all else.

Cons

What I like least about Connecteam would be having to save a photo before uploading vs just copy and pasting into updates. Also more customization i.e. different backgrounds or fonts would be fun. For courses, the ability to have multiple correct answers on a quiz would be nice.

It Gets Us Connected

It is a tool that has made us get and stay connected. It highly reliable and highly functional.

Pros

Connecteam is currently being used across the whole institution as one of our most preferred communication platform. With the tool we feel connected since there is real time communication across department. The software is also easy to use and less expensive.

Cons

Hardly can i mention a dislike if the software . It worth every penny and i love it.

So far so good. EASY TO NAVIGATE THROUGH AND SELF EXPLANATORY . THEY RESPOND EFFECTIVELY IMMEDIATELY WHEN YOU CONTACT THEM.

Pros

OMG! I value the fact that i have the option to pay monthly and the service is internationally accessible is a big plus for me .

Cons

ease of use and the customer service is TOP NOTCH. too bad all companies don't model the same customer service like chen and connect team

Keep team in a better management

Easy operation to manage worker time and schedule for everyone shift. Automating the attendance tracking to prevent mismanagement issues that we had with manual operation.

Cons

Onboarding is a bit tricky and challenging because the documentation isn't detailed enough.

Very useful and easy to use

Pros

We like the GPS location reporting of where our team members are clocking in from. Being in the construction field, our job-sites change on a daily basis. Great value for the savings we received from either accidental or intentional time punches.

Cons

For our needs, there are no complaints. The reporting provided useful information, the edits were easy and the overall experience was seamless.

The Connecteam system is very efficient and has aided in productivity, due to the time saved in certain aspects.

Pros

Main features that drew us to this software were Clock in/out features and workflows.

Cons

Workflow limitations have prevent us from creating certain forms eg, the ability to add tabular type forms. Also, some pictures when attached to a workflow can be very poor quality

Perfect for a small business with a big dream!

Loved it! What an amazing tool for our business to have. As a start-up, I didn't have the finances, or really the time, to invest in searching and testing out apps. Having the trial was amazing, and I realized, the cost offset my time. The value of the product is so worth it to me.

Pros

My absolute favorite thing was being able to brand this with our brand. We had a small shop for the holidays, but branding the app and having such a BEAUTIFUL and functional app offered credibility and professionalism to my brand new staff to see our small biz as growing.

Cons

The chat function didn't often work. You'd have to exit out of the app and reopen it to send messages almost every time. That's literally the only part I think needs attention at this point.

Best full-service hourly employee management system for small business

So far, Connecteam has been wonderful and will be a great future asset as we expand.

Pros

Connecteam offers turn-key hourly employee management from one app. From on-boarding, scheduling, time tracking, and a rewards program, there isn't anything else I can think this app needs for a small business. The greatest feature about Connecteam so far has been their customer support. They are always available (it seems) and they can do needed tasks in the moment.

Cons

The interface is medium level difficulty to get used to. I think it's just because there is so much available, that the dashboard can look a bit intimidating, but they do have a bunch of learning videos to help.

Minor: Some of the text is cutoff on android mobile version (usually the last letter) Minor: Would like to be able to add tags to users on mobile

Best Operational Software on the Market

Pros

Flexibility in arranging form, tasks etc. Clarity and ease of use - mental ergonomics.

Cons

Awesome employee scheduler!

The customer service is great!

Pros

The employee scheduling is very easy to use and my employees find it intuitive. The time clock is very easy as well.

Cons

As a small business who has a few very part time employees I'm super grateful for the free features. They work perfectly for what I need. I have no complaints.

Perfect Organization

our team had trouble staying organized and working together on common projects but since we started using this platform, we have been able to manage projects and tasks in a much more structured and efficient way.

Pros

This is a very intuitive and easy to use platform which made our team more productive and I am now able to create tasks for my entire team, set deadlines and prioritize which ensures all important work gets completed on time. Time

Cons

I think the team behind this platform has done a great job of developing a task management tool that is easy to use and focused on the needs of the user. Therefore, in my opinion, there is nothing that I did not like about Connecteam.

Pros

It's so easy to setup and get started with. There is a lot of features and opportunities which every company can use.

Cons

Some features do miss basic things like conditional answer in forms and the onboarding solution is just a list which the user have to go trough and not a journey

Haven't experienced a customer service team as good as this one in any of the software systems that we use. Look forward to seeing all the product features that they will be rolling out!

Provides exceptional customer support to walk you through any questions and new features being released.

Cons

Often down, at least a few times per week Connect Team is down and unusable. Too many clicks to add new jobs.

Employee scheduling is great. I would love to use the time clock but I need it to integrate with Gusto.

Pros

We use Connecteam for Employee scheduling and it has helped us tremendously with out ever changing schedule. We also use it for incident reports as well as communicating with our core team members.

Cons

I honestly think that charging $240/month for this service is way too steep - To the point where I was going to cancel and just use an excel spread sheet for scheduling. For small business with 8 employees, $240/month for something like this is way too much.

This is why (as you know) we now have "The Small Business Plan", giving all of Connecteam, entirely free, to businesses with up to 10 employees! As for the Time Clock - it does integrate with Gusto. A Refreshing Change

Pros

After decades as an HR professional it's such a nice change to find a platform that's user friendly, looks nice and does the things you actually want it to do, and the training and support has been second to none with prompt, friendly and knowledgeable solutions. As an administrator of the system it's quick and easy to make changes, issue information and schedule jobs just to name a few. The tutorials are quick and useful, enabling new and existing users to make the most of the Connecteam with ease.

Cons

The only addition I would like to see would be an integrated document signing option for existing company documents (contracts) rather than forms and templates in addition to our documents - similar to docusign.
