Pros

Time clock is robust and has excellent features. Communications is also robust.

Cons

Often down, at least a few times per week Connect Team is down and unusable. Too many clicks to add new jobs.

Connecteam Review

Employee scheduling is great. I would love to use the time clock but I need it to integrate with Gusto.

Pros

We use Connecteam for Employee scheduling and it has helped us tremendously with out ever changing schedule. We also use it for incident reports as well as communicating with our core team members.

Cons

I honestly think that charging $240/month for this service is way too steep - To the point where I was going to cancel and just use an excel spread sheet for scheduling. For small business with 8 employees, $240/month for something like this is way too much.

A Refreshing Change

Pros

After decades as an HR professional it's such a nice change to find a platform that's user friendly, looks nice and does the things you actually want it to do, and the training and support has been second to none with prompt, friendly and knowledgeable solutions. As an administrator of the system it's quick and easy to make changes, issue information and schedule jobs just to name a few. The tutorials are quick and useful, enabling new and existing users to make the most of the Connecteam with ease.

Cons

The only addition I would like to see would be an integrated document signing option for existing company documents (contracts) rather than forms and templates in addition to our documents - similar to docusign.

What an amazing tool!

The team has been so patient with me. I am on calls every other day. And they respond to chat immediately. I can't say enough about this organization.

Pros

EVERYTHING! I have been searching for so long for a tool just like this. It literally does everything - timeclock, communication, directory, analytics, task assignments, scheduling, mobile friendly, easy to use, looks sleek, can be tailored to certain groups or teams. AND fits within my budget.

Cons

The desktop version is not robust...but.....that is changing within weeks.

Comprehensive and versatile

We can now keep the team connected and accountable. Staff loves the communication. Admin loves the tools available to manage the Staff tasks and schedules.

Pros

As new users, we're just learning to implement the features. It is well designed with tremendous support. The team support is incredible. Quick, thorough, & well trained. Kind.

Cons

Would like to use more features of the other blocks. Cost is an issue.

Ease of Use and Intergration

The product enabled the team to function as one unit. As the business is shift work based it was rear they were all connected. Connecteam enabled a full integration of all functions on one platform that brough the team together in one place.

Pros

It was easy ti use and simple to implement with a team that has no experience with a Saas product

Cons

Nothing that I do not like. It is easy to use

Best I've found

Overall, it's been very easy to implement and navigate. The employees found it easy to download and start using right away. I like that it works for a small business.

Pros

Ease of use and the support. I like that we don't have to sync with Quickbooks.

Cons

I just inquired about blocking dates on the job scheduler for when we are closed.

Amazing software for chains

So easy now to manage my locations (+20 in the USA)

Pros

We can manage our team very easily with this software: schedule, clock in, task, reminders, announcements.... Wow!!!!!!!

Cons

Nada... even the support is perfect... they answer questions 7/7 24/24

In Home Care Provider Scheduling

Ease of use and setup. Intuitive. Features are what I was looking for in a scheduling platform.

Cons

No cons yet. I am hoping the QB payroll integration is seemless. However, the tutuorial does not appear that it will transport the timesheet info to the right place for Elite payroll in QB. I have not started working on this yet to see if it will work.

Great for fire department shift management

Pros

I trialed about 10 shift management solutions and connecteam's shift scheduling functionality was the only solution alongside their mobile app that would work for my department. I had some questions and feature requests early on and their support team was very responsive and professional.

Cons

Nothing too bad to say here. I wish there were some reporting features but I'm sure that'll come with more time.

Very good choice for employee scheduling

My overall experience is that this is the best scheduling program out there.

Pros

The ease of use for most of this app and program is what made it the choice for me.

Cons

The request time off needs to be more readily available and a more obvious notice that someone is requesting time off in the scheduling art of the program.

Pros

We were able to discontinue 6 other apps because Connecteam took over their functions. We are 100% paperless for our onboarding. Our training is being built and is interactive with the trainees! Awesome! Best app ever!

Cons

Nothing yet after a year of usage and we use it a lot

Schedule time saver!

Connecteam has been awesome to work with. The rollout and the customer support has been great. They are very responsive to my learning the app and to troubleshooting with me.

Pros

Once you learn the system it really opens up its value. The scheduling component and shift assignment, now that I have built templates is very straight forward.

Cons

I wish there were more queries available for looking at an entire month and each user over time. It would be helpful to see how many shifts and employee has been assigned in a months time. Also, it would be helpful to have more queries related to date ranges - as in "how many shifts has an employee worked over 1, 2 or 3 months" or, "how many employees are not assigned shifts in this month" - or similar.

Thankful they offer this to small businesses

We started using the paid version of Connecteam. It was out of our budget as a very small company but time management was eating at our bottom line. We were hoping that the cost of the product and the time that we saved would even out. But, then they came out with a free version for small businesses and it was a true lifesaver. I hope we get big enough someday to be able to give back to this company and others like it that help out small businesses.

Pros

We love that everything we need is in one place, easy to navigate or customize, and visible to everyone. It has been a lifesaver for our small business to stay organized. We use chat, time clock, forms, job scheduler, quick tasks, knowledge base, and documents so far.

Cons

I haven't found anything yet that I dislike.

This is THE best software for managing my team. It has comprehensive features for people and task management. To top it all off its completely free for upto 10 employees which for a small growing business like ours is fantastic!

Beyond expectations for an app !

Connecteam app has improved our compliance and implementation. Streamlined communication. Helped reduced operating costs. The managers are constantly improving the checklists ,surveys and more.. we have 6 branches across the country and connecteam is a vital part of us and for us.

That the support team is available all the time to help with any issues. The only issues we have are that we are learning how to use it and might not know how to properly use a function. Any issues have been resolved.

Cons

The report options were a little confusing at the beginning

Finally! A easy timeclock

The software is easy and any questions can be asked online (love this) and they respond right away. They will walk you through how to fix anything or try and help answer any questions.

Pros

This software is so easy to use even someone that is not tech savvy has no issues!

Cons

I wish I could add how much PTO each employee has and it will keep track of what they have left for the year
