En general, me parece que es una herramienta completa y eficiente para la gestión de equipos, con una amplia gama de funciones que van desde la comunicación hasta la planificación de proyectos y el seguimiento de tareas. Pros

That the support team is available all the time to help with any issues. The only issues we have are that we are learning how to use it and might not know how to properly use a function. Any issues have been resolved.

Cons

The report options were a little confusing at the beginning

Pros

I love the customization of my options and what I am able to do.

Cons

It is a little difficult finding how to print various reports.

Finally! A easy timeclock

The software is easy and any questions can be asked online (love this) and they respond right away. They will walk you through how to fix anything or try and help answer any questions.

Pros

This software is so easy to use even someone that is not tech savvy has no issues!

Cons

I wish I could add how much PTO each employee has and it will keep track of what they have left for the year

Great for staff

Pros

I love that you can see your work schedule on your phone and check vacation, celebrate and share birthdays and anniversaries.

Cons

That it is extra to display pictures when you share and update to staff.

I can’t really really tell yet.

Pros

Overall this application is very handy. I like the communication tool. I can reach out to all my employees at once.

Cons

Nothing really so far, but the time different is a little challenge to communicate with connecteam tech support team. But once the connection is established every becomes smooth.

Extraordinary workforce management app

Pros

A+ customer service with prompt and precise responses. They do a superb job of making sure you comprehend how to utilize the program to its best potential. We required a solution to easily reach everyone due to the mobility nature of our staff. Connecteam provided all of that and more.

Cons

It would be wonderful to have more customizing possibilities but still loved the idea of using this.

It’s very useful from a time sheet point of view as we are not waiting for them to be handed in so me know what hours are chargeable all the time

Pros

It’s quick easy to use and the online support and videos clear up and difficulty’s I had

Cons

The lack of admin tasks that can be done on the app is a disadvantage at times

Cons

Would like to see a trade/assign board, and for schedule reassignments to better show who has what shift and the progression of the rejection or reassignment

Great All Inclusive Software!

Love them! Recommend them to all business owners I know. Has dramatically improved our team communication and productiveness.

Pros

All the features and uses in ONE app. We were tired of having 10 apps for everything...This is an all-in-one program that works amazing for large teams that work in different locations. This is the first software company I have ever worked with that actually listens to feature requests! Everything I have asked for has either been implemented, or is in the works. And that is within 6 months of use.

Cons

Couple minor features that were not available right away, but they have added them all!

Pros

I love how easy it is to make my staff's weekly schedule on this app. My staff loves the clock in and out feature. It's so easy and convenient to use.

Cons

What I like least is that I would have liked more features included in the Basic plan or the cost of the plans to be a little cheaper.

Pros

It is very easy to use. We are still finding things out on how to use certain things on the system but we have enjoyed it and has helped us save a lot of time.

Cons

Only con we could possibly think of is that when staff marks themself unavailable it doesn't show that to everyone only admin. It would be nice if everyone could see it so we don't have multiple people asking off at the same time.

A great platform to allow my staff to know where to go for each job especially when they can have 5 or 6 a day, time clock and timesheets are so seamless and wonderful also. Customer service is exceptional every time I have ever had an issue I have been assisted quickly and efficiently! Thank you <3

More functions could be available on the app to avoid having to log into desktop

Pros

Highly applicable for staffing business, quick&efficient perfomance and customer support.

Cons

Slow servers and day to day issues. Required more assistance to indentify these little issues with a quicker manner.

Wonderful and Easy to use

My experience with Connecteam has been very positive. I love the fact that the message box is on the screen so you can click on it and get help immediately. They offer suggestions on how to solve any issues and they will always set up video conferences to insure that you are getting the most out of the app.

Pros

Ease of use. The customer service providers are the best

Cons

I love everything about it, ease of use great customer service. No cons whatsoever

Trully remarkable when optimizing team communication

Pros

The eye candy launch pad is amazing and the mobile application is very much uncomplicated, with simple yet effective home menus and easy to use. The intuitive and smart way the launch pad was built not only is giving me many ways to communicate productively with my team, but is also affecting positively our revenue, as we are on top of everything in real time. I am also spending less time on my desk and more on the operation.

Cons

It could offer more languages, as I do have team members that do not speak English. The time clock in my case is isn't the most appropriate tool, but for now I don't know how it could became better.

Easy to track my off site employees!

We have been searching for a free time clock that our team could use remotely as we aren't all in the office when we clock in or out. This has been the perfect solution. even during the first few weeks when people were getting used to clocking in and out it was easy to correct their times when they'd forget. Its been a perfect solution for our small business to track times more accurately which has saved us money because people are no longer "guessing" what time they clocked in and out. The staff really likes teh new feature of being able to see their time sheet, too!

Pros

It's easy to use and has a lot of features that may become more useful in the future.

Cons

It loads a little slow and you can't clock in and out if you're in a rural area with little to no cell service which happens to us a lot.

Didn't Know I needed it until i did!

Overall, I think on the free plan, this is a great app for me and my business. It allows me to do what I need and for my staff to do what they need.

Pros

The timeclock feature is fantastic and exactly what I needed. My coordinators MUST log 25 hours for each client, and Connecteam's timeclock actually allows me to track that as well as where they are when they are logging the hours. So I can see if they're on site, or doing paperwork at home or doing a walkthrough. This is my absolute favorite feature.

Cons

When I was doing my trial, trying to get through all the features was a hassle. You had to unlock each one and it wouldn't let me progress until I did. Also, once the free trial ended, they didn't let me know until i logged into the app, and then i had to go to the website, choose my plan, all while I was trying to start the timeclock to manage my time.

Brilliant Integration and Involvement

I integrated Connectteam with the Lift Operations Department at RED Mountain Resort in BC. We have 60 employees, 8 work stations covering 3 mountains and 3850. Having a platform anyone can use anywhere, both at work and away made for easy roll out of new operating procedures.

Pros

The scheduling abilities are phenomenal and the ability to track and make changes on the fly made life very easy compared to excel documents. The switch from paper trails to online-based learning was very engaging for employees.

Cons

Any piece I required was catered too, there wasn't anything that I didn't like or couldn't ask to be changed.
