It brought HR, Payroll, Benefits into a more team oriented environment, which can be good.  I think our implementation and overall experience would have been better if we weren’t rushed to go live.

Great HCM

Dayforce HCM is our main source for anything employee-related and it has been a consistent and useful resource for us. It has the information we need and when we need it, and we can trust and depend on them to provide the functionalities we require. Although not as UI/UX friendly as other software platforms such as Workday, it is a relatively cheap platform that allows employees to do what they need to do.

Potential for a Global HR System

We are reasonably happy.  When we don't need to engage Ceridian's support team, we would likely describe our experience as very positive.  It's unfortunate that the support organization and their customer experience is not stronger.

Real time payroll allows us to audit payroll often and not wait until processing day.
During implementation many of our PM left during the project which delayed our progress.  Also, some of the IC did not understand US law which we then had to explain how to set up our payroll.
