DeepTalent is a talent management platform for companies that want to increase their performance accountability and feedback. DeepTalent centralizes data in order to help organizations keep track, and make accurately informed decisions. The system automatically solicits reviews from employees, and begins the review process based on configuration and employee hire date. 360 degree surveys, reminders, and reports are delivered directly to the user’s inbox. Organizational goals can be tracked across all surveys, and a metric displays all progress over time.

DeepTalent’s compensation tool automatically calculates salary increases and bonuses on performance metrics. The platform’s analytics tool helps organizations discover which employees are driving growth, and which are holding the company back. Users can get a general glimpse into how the business is doing on important benchmarks, or drill down to finite detail. Individual development plans help supervisors set employees on the right path to improvement, as well as provide goals and areas for personal growth.

Other key features include competency management, custom review forms and review scales, self-appraisals, weighted performance measures, anonymous candor, and goal setting tracking. DeepTalent allows for a quick mass contact importation via CSV mapping for up to thousands of employees. Customization features allow users to decide the type of reviews they would like to conduct, and schedule their frequency. Users can create personalized review templates, as well as peer feedback groups. DeepTalent adapts to every device, whether mobile, tablet, or desktop.

Getting employees more actionable to get stuff done and also feel trusting to give feedback. The employee awards are really fun and everyone uses them. We love all the new stuff and they have excellent support.

We were part of the early beta for DeepTalent and found it really really easy to use compared to the current system we were using built into our HRIS. We were struggling to implement a performance system at the time since supervisors and employees would commonly miss the deadline and required lots of work from HR to keep the system going. Once we got setup on DeepTalent it basically eliminated that workload entirely. We like the supervisor review process and the compensation calculator as well as finding the support prompt and helpful.
