Love it, really great job!

We've been using this for the last year and really enjoy all the new features and the account support Nicole is amazing!

Pros

Very easy to setup performance reviews for our contractors and employees alike.

Cons

Integration with Viewpoint would be great.

One of our favorite HR tools

Getting employees more actionable to get stuff done and also feel trusting to give feedback.

Pros

The employee awards are really fun and everyone uses them.

Cons

When we started out there were no integrations so we had to manually import the employees, as of last month this is no longer the case.

Early beta review

We were part of the early beta for DeepTalent and found it really really easy to use compared to the current system we were using built into our HRIS.

Pros

We were struggling to implement a performance system at the time since supervisors and employees would commonly miss the deadline and required lots of work from HR to keep the system going.

Cons

At the time of the beta there was no way for the admin user (myself) to be added as an employee and included in the review process.
