Docebo Perform

Skills management system to boost employee performance

5.0/5 (3 reviews)

Docebo Perform overview

Docebo Perform is a cloud-based skills management platform, integrated with Docebo LMS, which enables organizations to assess employee skills and implement targeted learning interventions to close skill gaps. The system can be used by companies of all sizes, and offers a customizable catalog of more than 14000 skills, organized by occupation.

Docebo Perform includes drag-and-drop evaluation forms which allow employees to assess their own skills, and managers to assess the skills of their employees. Employees can drop skills into columns headed ‘Does not meet’, ‘Partially meets’, ‘Meets’, ‘Above expectations’, ‘Exceeds’, or ‘Expert’ to evaluate their level for each skills. Managers are presented with a single skill, and can drop each of their employees into columns headed ‘Awareness’, ‘Basic’, ‘Intermediate’, ‘Advanced’, ‘Expert’, and ‘Proficiency’. For any identified skills gaps, users can assign formal interventions, such as eLearning courses, and informal interventions including articles and videos. Graphs can be viewed for the number of users with gaps in a specific skill, and which roles have the highest proportion of users with a specific skill gap.
