I absolutely love this product. Candidates love the video job descriptions and that they can send in a video prescreen from their own mobile device! The team has been extremely responsive with customization needs. The price is so reasonable I use my own PCard there was no need to get approval from the board to spend 100k.

Great! Their customer service level is very good, prompt and kind.
I love the video and skill test features. Their anti-cheating software is brilliant! This helps make a better technical selection of candidates. Also, the video feature is loved by hiring managers. Definitely, a game changer!
A couple of features need to be improved, nothing that makes it hard to use or understand for users and invites.

I use Ducknowl everyday now to screen candidates. My phone calls have been trimmed down to only 5 minutes per call. Ducknowl does the rest for me. It can be hard to get candidates to do the tests, but the platform now has a feature that will automatically send reminders to the candidates to complete the screenings. I love how time efficient it is and I've improving my number of hires.
I would like to the option to be able to stop the video and drag to start from anywhere. Sometimes I miss what they say in the video answer and instead of being able to go back a few seconds, I have to wait for the the rest of the video to play out and then restart from the beginning. This is such a small detail though! Because this platform has worked wonders for me

Since we are a nonprofit education that values diversity, we hire a wide variety of applicants. Ducknowl enables us to offer each candidate an equal opportunity, regardless of their CV. Furthermore, skill evaluations give us additional information with which to make recruiting judgments. Our hiring procedure became data-driven as a result.

For us, the price point was excellent. far more reasonably priced than others.

I like that it combines video screening and technology screenings into one software. It makes it simple to for the candidate. I also really appreciate the customer service.
The login and access functionality to view all jobs for all users is not ideal, but it is easy to work around.

He needed to scale up quickly in several departments that would be a first hire situation. Ducknowl gave us that traction.
Skill assessment with automated proctoring helped us to identify the quality and genuine candidates. Assessments are short multiple-choice tests. We used skill assessment in our technology as well as non-technology positions. Resume parsing is a great feature for identifying relevant resumes. The price point is also great for the features offered. And the customer service is excellent, really on top it.
I wish they could have a live interview feature as well.

Great customer service, and great product.
Everything was intuitive and easy to use. The idea behind it all is fantastic!
I ended up not using this software because our recruiting process is not very complex. There is no need to identify keywords or anything like that.
