I absolutely love this product. Candidates love the video job descriptions and that they can send in a video prescreen from their own mobile device! The team has been extremely responsive with customization needs. The price is so reasonable I use my own PCard there was no need to get approval from the board to spend 100k.

Since we are a nonprofit education that values diversity, we hire a wide variety of applicants. Ducknowl enables us to offer each candidate an equal opportunity, regardless of their CV. Furthermore, skill evaluations give us additional information with which to make recruiting judgments. Our hiring procedure became data-driven as a result.
One dashboard for text messaging, video screening, and skill evaluation.Simple to use UI; the simplest software to pick up Personalized instruction in which a real person speaks with you to comprehend the workflow and to share optimal procedures. For us, the price point was excellent. far more reasonably priced than others.
To be honest, there are none. Ducknowl fulfilled every requirement that we had.

I am very impressed with Ducknowl, it does exactly what we needed. Ducknowl team was very help in setting up our account and we were live within 5 business days.
Ducknowl is very easy to use for the team. We needed a platform that could do video interview, skill testing and also resume parsing. They have everything in one platform and the pricing is pay as you go.
They did not a live coding test, this would have helped us in some coding jobs.

We have worked closely with Ducknowl and they have been very responsive to our requests. The enhancements they have added makes it very productive and works well with our Greenhouse ATS. We have found it is very helpful in accelerating our search process. We can quickly narrow our list of candidates and simplify the process of getting our top candidates to the hiring managers.
At this point I don't have any issues. All of my enhancement requests have been addressed.

As a non-profit organization that fosters diversity, we employ a diverse range of candidates. Ducknowl allows us to give fair chances to each candidate irrespective of their resume. Additionally, skill assessments provides us with more data to make our hiring decisions. It made our recruiting process data-driven.

The price point was great for us. Much more affordable than others.
Honestly, there are no cons. Ducknowl checked all boxes of what we needed.

He needed to scale up quickly in several departments that would be a first hire situation. Ducknowl gave us that traction.
Skill assessment with automated proctoring helped us to identify the quality and genuine candidates. Assessments are short multiple-choice tests. We used skill assessment in our technology as well as non-technology positions. Resume parsing is a great feature for identifying relevant resumes. The price point is also great for the features offered. And the customer service is excellent, really on top it.
I wish they could have a live interview feature as well.

Our procurement team shortlisted three products after reviewing on various sites like Capterra, G2 and we reached out to three video interviewing and skill assessment platforms. We had everyone give the demo, after comparing all the features and price, we selected Ducknowl.
It was integrated with our ATS system and our team could adopt to the product easily.
A few design element needs to be tweaked, we have reported to their product team.

The product team, customer service, and software platform facilitate the recruitment processes at each stage. As a technology company, Ducknowl provides us with enough data on candidates before the interview, which helps us to save a ton of time spent on interviewing many candidates.
