We worked with Monday.com to outline the sprints and we used Google calendar and Zoom to coordinate remote meetings. All meetings were on time and were quick and to the point.

Their projects were laid out on reasonable timelines and expectations were clearly communicated from the start to the end of each project. We were given weekly updates at the beginning of building our SEO which helped us understand and stay in the loop for brand consistency. Overall Ducknowl held a level of communication that is excellent, which exceeds any standards of expectations.
A 150% year-over-year increase in traffic on our website every month. A 40%-60% increase in Lead generation year-over-year every month. A 30%-50% decrease to our CPL for PPC and Organic search.

The team I have worked with at Ducknowl (Shannon and Alyssa) have been excellent communicators and trustworthy partners in strategy and execution. They have anticipated my needs, offered solutions and tools to increase my small team's bandwidth, and supported troubleshooting whenever it's been needed.

For my company, I conduct asynchronous interviews using Ducknowl. Field sales reps are employed by our organization, and because of our performance criteria and sales KPIs, turnover can occasionally be high. I send prospective employees using Ducknowl seven simple questions to screen them for employment appropriateness in accordance with our hiring requirements. I'm quite grateful for this software's adaptability. Candidates that made it beyond our initial screenings have expressed their gratitude for the interview screener's respect for their time.
I enjoy how this software can access and weed out prospective employees for employment needs. It has effectively streamlined the hiring procedure at my company.

Ducknowl is very easy to use for the team. We needed a platform that could do video interview, skill testing and also resume parsing. They have everything in one platform and the pricing is pay as you go.
They did not a live coding test, this would have helped us in some coding jobs.

Skill assessment with automated proctoring helped us to identify the quality and genuine candidates. Assessments are short multiple-choice tests. We used skill assessment in our technology as well as non-technology positions. Resume parsing is a great feature for identifying relevant resumes. The price point is also great for the features offered. And the customer service is excellent, really on top it.

As a small business owner, my time is critical. In the past I've spent countless hours sifting through resumes or interviewing candidates that would I ultimately did not hire. The video interview process alone helped to significantly reduce the number of candidates that made it to the interview process, that were unqualified.Many of my communications with candidates were automated, and the resume selection process was a breeze. I'd estimate Ducknowl saved me a full 40 hour work week of needless resume search and interviews!
The features (resume ranking, video interviews etc.) are well thought out solutions that have been haunting our business' hiring productivity for the better part of a year. Simply put, we feel more confident in our hiring decision, in less time than it has taken us to come to a decision in the past.
Honestly. This process was so much of an improvement of our previous process, its difficult to consider any cons.

The best thing I liked about Ducknowl is that I could do resume sorting, video interviews and skill test on one platform.
Maybe if I could post the jobs to linkedin automatically, but I know this is not an ATS.

Overall, this has been a positive experience. The team responds quickly, values feedback, offers suggestions, and they have a great product. I'm very pleased with Ducknowl.
The video interview is my favorite feature. I also like that I can include links for video job descriptions and promos for our company. It's easy to use, easy to share candidate profiles with hiring managers, and convenient. It's great to have our job postings on our website, updated in real time. The system is user-friendly and the company is responsive to requests. They are always willing to take the time to walk you through. They're great!
I would like to see this as a full-on applicant tracking system (ATS); it's well on its way. I would make a few tweaks, such as customizing the drop down menus for candidate categories, changing/hiding the job posting date, and being able to download the candidate resume from the platform instead of email.

I use Ducknowl everyday now to screen candidates. My phone calls have been trimmed down to only 5 minutes per call. Ducknowl does the rest for me. It can be hard to get candidates to do the tests, but the platform now has a feature that will automatically send reminders to the candidates to complete the screenings. I love how time efficient it is and I've improving my number of hires.
I would like to the option to be able to stop the video and drag to start from anywhere. Sometimes I miss what they say in the video answer and instead of being able to go back a few seconds, I have to wait for the the rest of the video to play out and then restart from the beginning. This is such a small detail though! Because this platform has worked wonders for me

I absolutely love this product. Candidates love the video job descriptions and that they can send in a video prescreen from their own mobile device! The team has been extremely responsive with customization needs. The price is so reasonable I use my own PCard there was no need to get approval from the board to spend 100k.

Amazing! I can’t say enough about the tool and the people behind it. They have truly thought of everything to make my life as a recruiter, that much easier. Their tool delivers quality candidates and helps you filter out the passive users. It is great for initial screenings and for tracking metrics.

We have worked closely with Ducknowl and they have been very responsive to our requests. The enhancements they have added makes it very productive and works well with our Greenhouse ATS. We have found it is very helpful in accelerating our search process. We can quickly narrow our list of candidates and simplify the process of getting our top candidates to the hiring managers.
At this point I don't have any issues. All of my enhancement requests have been addressed.
