Pros
It is very easy to navigate and user-friendly. The customer support was great, they response very quick and was very helpful.
Their customer support team, if you ever find yourself needing them, are REAL PEOPLE who take pride in their product and they truly care about helping users. They've been wonderful to work with.
The rich feature set that is useful to recruiters, such as pausing recording, initiating sessions through email, better video quality than Skype.
Pros
The product is pretty useful for the purpose we use it for - mostly in the recruitment process. Integration to our process was easy enough, which is a great plus.
Overall it was very satisfactory, you can have your first assessment created, and shared within 10 minutes, and the screening questions, welcome video and anti-cheating functionality is great.

Easy to set up, the customer service is astounding. Love the variety of tests and assessments available.
Cons
The problem is that for first timers can be difficult to understand because of too much links over there.
EasyHire sends a lot of emails, almost spamming my inbox.
When a candidate doesn't complete interview properly, the page glitches slightly and no way of telling whether they didn't complete or if page isn't working.

Cons
There question library and test for. NET technologies is somewhat limited, and the intermediate level questions are more difficult than expected.
This makes scoring somewhat opaque, and it is hard to judge if the tests are 100% aligned to the knowledge/skills you are looking to test for.
Using test Gorilla has cut down on a lot of the administrative burden of assessing candidates.
