Easy to setup with good UX. Works best for a small team/company size.
Ease of creating review. Report consolidation after the review. Creating different types of review with AI. AI prompts the respondents to answer the question effectively by rephrasing the question to entice an answer.
Could have an AI prompt to rephrase the question while in edit mode. More HR features to make it a one-solution to manage the team and performance.

Customer support, they really always try to explain and help
There is no settings to launch survey in a bulk, requires to click every employee to run a survey. No analytics in the context of the whole company, specific departments etc

With the help of Effy, we implemented the Performance Review processes. Team leaders of our teams manage this process on their own. Using Effy, you can evaluate hard and soft skills, get convenient and quick feedback from colleagues, and make a PDP for employee development. Due to this, we try to increase efficiency and develop our teams.
After we chose Effy, I decided to set up the system myself. In 3 days, I set up and launched the first feedback collection. It was very simple and easy. In the system, any customization is done without difficulty.
It will be cool when the system has built-in analytics

We started to use Effy system a few months ago. We really wanted to concentrate all the information about our employees in one place, and don’t store it in different documents. Also, for us, the issue of registration of vacations and sick leaves was acute, because we have quite a lot of employees and the previous mail-order leave scheme has become ineffective. Employees could not correctly calculate...
The most useful features for our company are Time Off Management and the Employee Database. The product has proven to be quite easy to use for all our employees.
The 1-1 meeting feature could be improved. We had some difficulties with paid leave days left after 2 years which should expire, but we have found a workaround in the system.

in our department it's feedback 360, new eployeess onboarding (we finally moved away from google sheets) and gathering feedback from 1:1s. we had a great manager from customer success team to help us get started
it has a bit overwhelmed UI, though it's more functional compared to other tools. also for US companies it would be grate to have tax msnsgement section, but it's not critical for us as we already use another tool for that

I really like Effy :)
With Effy it is very easy to conduct annual review cycles and 360-degree feedbacks along with surveys. We have all analytics and historical data at one place. It is very helpful for further adjustments and implementation of improvements.

I love it - it was by chance I stumbled across the system but so happy I did.
I was doing some research for a company when I came across Effy and just loved the ease of it. Typically when asking employees to complete forms there is often resistance but with an Effy form it's so quick and easy.
It's a bit of a faff setting it up but once it's done and you've done it a few times it's less time-consuming.

My work became more efficient because I got rid of “paperwork”. Previously, all the surveys and performance reviews were made in google sheets and google forms. So it was a lot of information to systemize, I was spending a lot of time on it.
I like that it is easy now to launch any kind of survey and I can choose any group of respondents. There are no traditional hierarchies, it’s very important for us, because we have non-line managers and project teams that consist of people from different departments.
Easy to use. Custom reports. All historical data stored in one place, so I can make a pivot report in dynamic.

The thing I like the most is the user-friendly interface. Before that we were using a complicated Excel file.
I would like Effy to automatically change the questions from the manager perspective to self review. It is a bit time consuming to reformulate them.

Clarity of final individual reports and the visualization + automatic generation of qualitative reports to help managers with their 1:1s.
It does not allow setting weights to questions or to reviewer-types, and it does not allow analysis for company's overall performance and areas of improvement

Free version only has 5 users. Paid version need to purchase for more users and also previous 5 free users.
