Reporting is horrible- I can't export the data in a user friendly approach to present for leaders. The system is more designed to be interactive then produce a information.

Love this software

I love that Culture Amp is very flexible and allows for a lot of customization so you can really get the information you're after. 
The latest UI has also been a great improvement because it's easier to read the information than before. 
The Support is OUTSTANDING: responses are fast and useful, the guys at Culture Amp are always willing to help and they don't give canned answers. The Academy is a valuable resource too. 
The one thing I'd like to be able in the future is to turn off the "comparison" feature when reporting results of the survey. 

Culture Amp - great tool to learn about your employees and your culture

We used it for a company of 300 staff, 5 offices, 6 departments and wanted to identify macro and team specific trends and issues that we could act on. The culture amp team help us setup our approach, surveys and analyse the results.

Exceptionally intuitive, great support and advice.

We just started using Culture Amp for our employee engagement surveys and are LOVING it so far.  I can spend hours digging into the granular details of the results and I can also send a quick at-a-glance version to the CEO. After just one survey we knew the areas of the business that needed more attention and where to get started. I like that we're able to draw on so many survey templates that we can build on (so convenient!). Customer service with the Culture Amp team has been top notch!

This is must have software for companies that want to manage their employees well!

With CultureAmp we're easily able to identify areas where we're doing well and areas that need improvement.  It also allows us to breakdown our data to see if it's team/manager-specific feedback or if it's company-wide.  We're able to implement culture initiatives based on real data and over time, we're able to see how our initiatives are working.

Easy way to make data-driven company culture decisions.

The concept is great but we are a small office and even with a lot of turnover this most likely would not be something we could use as the owner has a very sensitive nature.

CultureAmp is one of my favorite vendors to use.

The Culture Amp platform has a great user experience from survey design all the way through to completing the survey on mobile or desktop. Culture Amp are proactive in seeking feedback from us and are constantly making improvements to their product. I highly recommend Culture Amp to any organization considering running engagement and/or employee lifecycle surveys.

5 stars is not enough

I have had experience with many different survey platforms (both research and 360) and I strongly believe that CultureAmp has one of the best platforms and customer service teams I have come across. It is not only easy to use from an administrative aspect, their standard reports look great and are easy to read and customise.

My experience was very positive. The staff were very responsive and supportive. The software is very intuitive and being able to manage the data ourselves made the whole process so much easier. The real time reporting is also an amazing feature that really differentiates Culture Amp to it's competitors.

CultureAmp is not only an excellent engagement survey platform, but it has a ton of other templates that business can use for all points of the employee lifecycle, from the candidate experience to onboarding to exit.

This product is great, very easy to use. The UI is excellent, I love how simple the layout is. We've also gotten good reviews back on our surveys from employees and customers. 

Easy to Use

Love Culture Amp - easy and methodical in using before, during and after.   The visualizations are like people geek eye candy.
