Overall, it is a valuable software that saves time and effort and helps you organize everything related to hiring in one place. It also gives applicants better recruitment experience. Customer service and support is extraordinary, they are available whenever you contact them, they follow up regularly and always go the extra mile to make sure their clients are getting the best out of the software.
I liked how it gives applicants matching percentage to the role based on AI which makes screening easier, and how once you setup the pipelines and email templates it makes the overall recruitment process time efficient , where you can move applicants from one recruitment stage to another and at every stage (ask for interview, disqualified, job offer, assessment, etc..) they receive the predefined email....
When you're new at using the software, creating an application (post) might feel a little confusing, but with practice and the help of their amazing support team that is available to help every step of the way it becomes easier.

Eva-REC gave us the opportunity regarding our hiring process to save more time, reduce paper consumption, filter candidates according to the job requirements and job description, better communication regarding candidates between all involved managers & HR on the platform and build an organized candidate database.
The software is professional, user friendly and an integrated hiring platform.
There's no history of the stages the candidate were added to & there is only an integrated calendar for assigning interviews with candidates, I think there should be a calendar for Elevatus.

I like how user friendly it is. I also like how cost efficient it is. It’s easier than ever to post jobs and find the right candidate for the Job. Made my life much easier.
Sometimes we require specific features to be on the system, however, it takes sometime for them to provide us with the needed. However, most of the time they provide us with it even if it takes time.

EVAREC helped us as hiring managers to be part of the process in a very seamless way. We were able to review the shortlisted candidate and give our feedback directly on the system. The recruiters were able to provide the list of shortlisted candidates in a very short timeframe due to the support of the A.I.Excellent interface and easy to use,I also supported in the implementation activities for my roles, the system was very dynamic.
I dont have any cons to mention - maybe a bit more branding at the beginning was better but then Elevatus team launched the branding features and it helped us a lot.

The self-service portal is very useful. We recruit agencies and never worry about it. The efficiency of Elevatus system is mind blowing.

The EVA-REC ATS is very cost and time efficient. i don't have to worry anymore about the the lengthy hiring process, anytime i need a bew hire I'll immediately find the best fit for my company culture.
i only hope that the RMS system has an ability to read the hard-copy rsumes. however, i requested that and they are working on it. the team is very helpful and cooperative.

I recently had the opportunity to work with Elevatus; an exceptional ATS, that revolutionized the recruitment process. It brought great efficiency and effectiveness to our process.We were able as hiring managers to tailor the recruitment process, engage with the recruiters to review potential profiles, fill interview evaluation forms and track where the candidates are.It is great to also be able to view the budgeted requisitions and request them from the system

I highly recommend this solution for enterprises and companies that have a high mass of hiring, the artificial intelligence and technology used in Elevatus makes all processes faster and more efficient as it fully eliminates the manual work of the screening process.
We chose EVA-REC as our hiring solution because of its innovative, modern and user-friendly interface. It has significantly made our hiring process much easier to manage and track. Its Artificial Intelligence technology is capable of ranking candidates from highest to least fit, and allows us to save a large amount of our time.

Very Position, smooth onboarding.
I was involved in this project to setup the career portal of our company. Elevatus is very user friendly, we were able to build our branded career portal in 30 mins by simply adding our content and publishing it on the website.I am also involved in updating the content, very easy, no developers needed.Their customer success team's support is expectational.

This solution is provided by Elevatus. It Transforms & enhances the recruitment Journey, with a very intuitive & easy to use, portal. That has customizable features. Automating the decision-making experience using AI. Having a centralized candidates database, with keyword allocation capabilities. One of the unique offerings is the automated interview process for candidates that utilizes AI technologies to mearsuer facial expressions in order to add them to the selection of criteria assigned. Cutting the cost of per-hire & time-to-hire, & Increasing HR department KPIs, along with enhancing retention rates.
It has not reached the full spectrum of AI & data mining potential of some of the others. Where some have introduced the capabilities of measuring applicants & candidates' degitaletrale, with cloud computing, this aspect is lacking.
