Pros
It has awesome candidate upload/resume parse capability, easy look-up capabilities using one or more filters and a very robust resume search capability. It allows you to work fast and efficiently.
Exelare is quite easy to use, the company provides outstanding service, it is a great value.
Fairly robust software at a very competitive price. They also have pretty good customer service.
Cons
Out of this, we many times observed that we had to work with ATS system even though we have one. Since it was not working that day and we had not one to support.
A bit hard to navigate some of the more complex things in the system.
Reporting is difficult to get your arms around.
