The tracking system so you can see what process each candidate has been through and likewise what candidates have got how far for every job. The homepage is easy to navigate and see everything at a glance. The support and helpdesk is very responsive and helpful.

Just personally, we don't use all the features so it seems a bit expensive. Otherwise there's nothing I dislike, it's a great product.

The customer support, the ease of use and the functionality

A lot of the functions are set up for agency use and not inhouse so this could be pared down

Customer support is faultless. It also automates a lot of the admin & keeps you safe with GDPR.

I don't think that the searching it that good & the navigation is more difficult / slower than what I'm used to. The system separates Jobs from the Adverts.

Works well and sections are linked correctly to help navigate around the software.

There is not an aspect that I least like about the software.

The start rating features help keep track of good candidates. The integration of candidates and the role is easy to track and the ability to make notes of candidates that are progressing helps keep a detailed account of their application.

It is very little about Firefish that I do not like. One thing I would say is the app closes after not going on it for a while. However, this is good for security.

A simple and user-friendly recruitment software.

I would like more flexibility in being able to change roles from permanent to contract and vice versa once they have been created

It is simple efficient and easy to use , there are also tutorials, help from the tank and regular seminars

There is nothing I like least about this software as the good thing is firefish can always make improvements

the ease of use is fantastic and user friendly, you don't need to over complicate the work flows, compared to the others I have been involved with over the years in recruitment this blows the rest out the water!, the implementation was quick and easy and the team are always on hand to answer any questions

I like the dashboard and home screen the most. I also think the suggested profiles is very useful and functional

I don't like how you can't open a new profile/firefish screen in another tab. I also find it quite long winded when running a split.

Ease of use and search functions work well and an easy integration from external applications into the product

I'm yet to find something I don't like, the system is only as good as the people entering the data, so its down to the end users

Firefish is a really good database for Perm Recruitment. The process for progressing candidates through the interviewing and offer stages is very user friendly and streamlined

The database doesn't have a function for temp recruitment ie. being able to put temp bookings on the system, a tie in with an online timesheet portal, gp trackers for temp desk, etc

I really like how quick and easy it is to advertise a job, search for the right candidates and make notes to repeat same call going to the person.

There is nothing I least like about this software it is all great and really helpful in my day to day needs as a recruiter.

All the information you need on a candidate in one place which is really handy. It allows me to work to work quickly and doesn't waste any time. I also really likes how on halloween there were spiders on the dashboard that if you clicked they died.

The back button takes you back and forgets where you were in the list, would be better if you could open a candidate in a seperate tab and keep your search list

Ease of use. How customisable it is. Ability to link with Outlook and Social Media. Level of training provided. Helpful, friendly staff.

Nothing - I wish we got Firefish sooner.

Firefish is very easy to use and is very fluent in how it operates. I have used systems in the past in which you will go from one screen to another to do the same thing, but with Firefish it does it all in the one place. Firefish is very intelligent as you can see who the active candidates are when posting jobs. This makes being a recruiter that little bit easier.

I don't have any cons regarding Firefish

When inserting the information you have to ensure its spot on. Once its done you then start to see the benefits in the job search function. Looks good. Ive used Bullhorn, JobAdder and Zoho and very pleased with the choice to use Firefish. Support is exceptional.

Entering the resume information and also the setting up of a company as a mandatory requirement. I understand the reasons behind it and FireFish are far more intelligent than I to determine if its right or wrong.

Firefish is incredibly easy to use, find information, time efficient and provides good MI

The only con that I can comment on is that there could be more options for a candidates status - ie Found own Job, Not actively looking etc

After using other CRM's for recruitment in the past I have found this a lot easier to get to grips with due to it's simplicity. The initial setup training and support is also far better than what I have seen from others.

There are a couple of things I would like to see added but to be fair there is opportunity to make suggestions where users can then vote for them to be added. This can be quite a slow process however and am still waiting to see any changes.

Easy of navigation, very user-friendly both for the candidates and the consultants, also tracks sales targets & candidates from application processed to hired!

The only negative part of the system is that when you are adding new role you have to add the contact before entering the company.
