Firefish is a simple to use and efficient way to track and management candidates, I would recommend to other recruitment agencies.

There can be issues linking emails with my primary email account so often don't use this feature.

t allows me to track the entire process of sourcing a candidate to placing them for a role.

Sometimes it can be sticky, and won't let me move on from a page unless I enter data. Sometimes I don't have the data though, so have to make things up to move on.

It is easy for candidate management to see where each of your candidates are interviewing and who Cvs you have sent

It is difficult to search for candidates in the system, you can use a boolean search and still have a candidate that isnt the correct fit with different skills come up

Ease of use, uploading candidates onto the system, the fact that our emails and Firefish are synced, posting job ads onto our own website via the system. The support team are also great - they respond very quickly and efficiently.

Sending bulk emails is quick and easy but I can only send out a bulk email to 250 people every hour.

Very easy to use and intuitive. Setup is simple and training sessions are great. Very powerful and one of the best recruitment CRMs out there.

Unfortunately the Outlook email plugin isn't supported for Apple Mac so emails via other client software has to copy and pasted into Firefish.

I like the simple layout I find it to be very user friendly

I think it would be great to have a more obvious-to-see list of all your candidates in one place without having to search for them. It would be good to be able to do this and filter them by area etc.

The simplicity and logic, so easy to use. Within minutes of being introduced to Firefish, I was up and running, the easiest system I have encountered. Having spent 24 years in recruitment, I have used many CRM's, and Fishfish is heads and shoulders above any other system I have used. Fantastic support and training.

Cant really say anything negative. All positive to me.

I like that it is easy to navigate around and it makes the recruitment process a lot easier for us.

Sometimes the data on the home page glitches - there aren't many negative comments on this software.

how it looks and feels to use, it is great that it has our company colours

It would be nice if more candidate information from there CV was uploaded automatically rather than us having to take the info we already have on there CV

Its a software that assist recruiters to be organized nd be able to contact candidates easily.

I didn't find any difficulty yet in this software.

Accessing data, and retrieving details. Very easy access.

As the transition for using FireFish software has been quite understanding for me, I find it hard to think of any cons as I have had no great difficulty with the software.

The ease of use and its ability to essentially access, find and present potential talent already within the database.

There are no aspects of the system that we don't like.

How easy it is to put together search lists and talentpools and how easy it is to filter search lists.

There are certain lists you can't filter or adjust, such as the list of suggested people when you add a job. The red line and email spacing.

Simplicity and clarity with profiles and ability to link advertising with the software.

The speed could be faster but that could also be to do with our server also.

Very user friendly and everything is very easy to get started with a good support team always ready to help - it fits the candidates very well. The recruitment tool is very useful

candidate / role tracking, ease of use and the fact I can link Firefish with my Outlook to easily migrate candidates.

Would be great if there were fewer process. Would also be handy if there were editable options for recording and tracking candidate progress.

How easy it is to use, has made my working day so much easier

It is user friendly and easy to pick up.

Sometimes it can freeze and you do have to shut it down and reset.

it's a bit slow sometimes but overall a very useful and hassle-free recruitment tool

User friendly - enables you to quickly match candidates to jobs and send CVs.

Some features are a bit 'clunky' around arranging interviews - where you can only have one interviewer & have to manually add others for example..

eMy most favourite aspects are the ease of integration and use for multiposting to job boards, posting & sharing to social media & direct emailing.

My least favourite aspects, although not a problem, are the multi-level drop down menu's for client and candidates especially when sometimes required to add your own fields.
