Able to post adds rapidly, have a good looking website and look highly professional from day 1 I have had it.
Very intuitive. The product is very easy to use. The customer service is also excellent. Friendly warm and responsive.
Perhaps giving the customer more control over the colour pallet and fonts in the website as a small thing.

Firefish is easy to use. It is a great way to store information for business. Very user friendly, anyone can learn how to use it quickly.
Could do with some more features, i.e. linking temporary candidates to companies, without having to do it via Jobs feature.

Recruiting to several locations and trying to tap into several different roles needed.
The ability to work with the company to grow the teams needed in several locations. The Candidate portal was easy to use.
Pricing relative to a traditional facility and agency. The reports were handy and detailed however not used much.

I haven't researched this system much but I have estimated that Firefish could satisfy for several reasons. Basic is the ease of use and customer service. The other thing here is the money invested that is definitely worth it.
I did not find any significant remark or irregularity.

Whenever I need to recruit new employees, I use firefish because it is very practical to use.
I really liked the combination of my CRM with the recruitment website and marketing channels as it facilitates the candidate recruitment process
I didn't find negative points because it was very easy to integrate with my company's CRM.
