General ease of use is very good. Helps speed up the recruitment processes by doing a lot of the hard work for you. It is a smart and modern system which is consistently improving as they are always developing it further.

The only one thing it doesn't do which previous systems have for us is allow us to search our individual jobs by distance from a postcode. We do volume recruitment so this would be very handy when searching multiple jobs for candidates

FireFish is a seamless operating system to help me with my day-to-day recruitment needs. With a responsive and helpful back office, any question or query is never a task and always gets resolved with great urgency.Main pros:- Easy-to-navigate interface- Great integration into digital calendars- User friendly - Great training materials- "FishTank" an active database of useful questions and solutions

FireFish is a great system, which adds real value to a recruitment business. Areas of improvement would be minor factors such as:- More visually appealing (colors or animations) - Mail automation feature

Fairly easy to use and to navigate around. It is very effective without being over complicated.

You cannot block delete candidates/profiles. Doing it individually is extremely time consuming and laborious The templates in place are pretty standard and do not look very professional

FireFish is very easy to use and navigate and at a fantastic price.

To be honest we don't dislike anything and if we have a suggestion to improve anything we let them know and they implement the ideas!

I've been very happy with the software's user experience. There are countless systems out there which have over complicated what should be relatively straight forward processes and Firefish hasn't fallen into the trap, keeping it simple and intuitive to record and drive the end to end recruitment cycle.

Having only committed to the basic license, I know there is far greater functionality available if the investment was committed to - so I don't to cite limitations as a negative. I run a small boutique recruitment service and the basic package satisfies what I need to get from the software.

Ease of posting new jobs via our website and other job boards, sending out mass job alerts, SMS etc etc. Massive change from our previous system which was completely not fit for purpose.

It isn't integrated with Indeed sadly so there is still a manual process we need to do for job posting.

- I like the layout, it is easy to navigate around - Amazing customer service, things get sorted straight away

- The new 'Details' tab on candidates is quite long winded compared to previously

It is easy to use, you can adapt it to suit changing needs of the business and the website is linked to the CRM which makes the application process for candidates much smoother.

I cannot think of any cons about the software/product.

It's extremely helpful in keeping everything in one place, and is easy to find contact and client information.

Not enough talent banks for our various disciplines and sectors we cover. It would be nice if the software interacted with whatsapp.

The Web 2 interactive system has completely changed how people look for work and talent. FireFish use the advances in technology to completely change the way recruitment and finding the right job/talent is done. It is faster, more accurate, effective and fully GDHR compliant. It protects the personal data and still make enough information available to match the right candidates with the requirements of the job.

As with any full-featured application, there is a learning curve to get familiar with all the features. Online help, videos, webinars and live training is available to assist and get the job done and shorten the learning curve.

The product does everything it should and is very easily customisable. The candidates also have their own portal to update. The support team are also excellent.

The process from start to finish, enables you to give the candidate a good experience, whether they are right for the role they've applied for or not. The Firefish software is exactly what recruitment businesses need, they've thought of everything!

I don't feel there is any cons to Firefish - the team are always developing new ways to make a recruiter's job easier.

The system is very easy to use and has all the features we require to do our job. The mailshots and the applicant tracking system are key for us to manage both candidates and clients.

Very rarely but sometimes the system can be quite slow and when we are on a tight deadline, this can hold it up slightly.

It's very easy to use and has great candidate & client engagement tools.

The email template windows are very small making it difficult to fully view communication being emailed out. Advertising on 3rd party job boards could be better and have more reporting & data functions.

It's efficient, rarely breaks and easily customisable. I like the dashboard that clearly states your KPI's and easy to add notes on profiles

Would be good if there were a few more features included such as more options when sending a mailer, when a candidate applies directly not to automatically change their status and wipe the record card if already registered

It offers easy to navigate, eye catching software that would accompany the businesses in house recruiting model in place. I felt Hiring Managers would benefit from the visibility and user friendly approach to recruitment that the Firefish system provides, something that was often over complicated by other similar platforms.

Not found it yet. I appreciate its core audience is agency side but it has integrated well with our requirements as an inhouse function.

I really like how easy this software is to use. From day one it's super intuitive and easy to work out without any unecessary, complicated features.

There's a few things that were a bit clunky (e.g. having to click through pages on CVs - very minor), but the brilliant thing is the opportunity to put ideas to the community to rectify issues. So nothing I can think of to write here!

It's easy to use, there's a button for everything, and the customer service are quick and friendly should you run into any problems.

Sometimes it can be a little buggy and template emails default back to a strange layout.

Since using Firefish it has been so much easier to manage our candidate database and active roles. The system is very intuitive and user friendly which was a deciding factor when reviewing systems. The support from the helpdesk if efficient & friendly. I find it fantastic value and would highly recommend it.

The pre-defined reports are great however I find the report builder a little difficult to navigate.

Great for posting jobs and general connectivity with other sites. Like the recruitment registration/webpage. Reasonable workflow process, but slower than that of other systems I have used in past.

Worried about GDPR compliance and technical support have not been able to help, no spell check on emails, no ability to save documents onto the system and edit them from there. Even with tweaking, emails from the system look different from our outlook mails. Some of the templates are quite poor and take quite a bit of tweaking.

We're really pleased at how much work we've put into the GDPR and compliance side of the product, with dedicated features now built into the system to ensure you're swimming to success!
