Being able to view all applicants in one place and also being able to track process of candidates.

Sometimes there can be technical issues which prevent me being able to use the system.

It's easy to use across multiple platforms and devices. I like that it remembers where I finished at and keeps multiple tabs open at a time which allows me to move easily through the system

Nothing stands out as a particular dislike, I enjoy using the system. I'd like a few more search result categories but think this is more to do with our configuration rather than an issue with the software

Firefish is an invaluable tool for INEOS on a daily basis. Firefish tailor the product to our business needs and nothing is too much trouble when requests are made. The system also increases our efficiency as a recruitment team.

The system meets our needs on a daily basis but I would like the reporting function to be a bit easier to use so we can analyse our data in the system.

The initial fonts and templates but this is something that you can easily change so not a Con as such

Firefish is a highly intuitive system that is easy to set up and use. The onboarding process is smooth and customer support is great if you do encounter any issues. My favourite thing about Firefish is the ease of use.

It's not the cheapest on the market but you are paying for quality.

It's relatively quick and easy to use. Able to access from anywhere.

Lack of integrations with LinkedIn and WhatsApp. email function is clunky. Have to create duplicate contacts for multi-office clients

Great customer support - I like that your recent actions show on the right hand side of the screen

can be a bit clunky for searching - it would be useful to be able to have all candidates in a search on one page

The ease at which I can post roles, track candidates and re-cycle back into new processes

Fire fish is fantasic, and I find it very hard to find any fault at all. It's by far the best I've used.

The ability to include read receipts on emails sent through firefish.

How easy it is to see the history of each candidate

This is by far the most intuitive CRM I've used over my career in recruitment. It's easy to use, has plenty of useful features and is very reliable. It just works!

There have been a few hiccups with accessing documents. However these issues have been temporary and have not impacted on my work at all.

I love the To-Do List feature, It is useful, self explanatory and plans your day for you based on the information you give it! Also, the Weekly KPI feature really allows you to see your week on how we or not so well you have done which helps you priortise what you have to do

I like Firefish all round, however, I feel that it can lose your previous info that you have put in which is frustating however it isn't anything that affects your day consistently. Not much to pick at!

The biggest pull for me, is how simple and user friendly Firefish is! Fantastic detailed, yet so simplistic at the same time - without unnecessary complications like so many of it's rivals.

Any faults I've ever had, have also been rectified and added in during any upgrades - so no complaints from me!

I find the candidate search to be the most useful tool

There is nothing in particular that I dislike about the software I would prefer that it didn't log me out so often

interface is user friendly, straightforward. Social media integration is good. Search function is good. Customer service has been excellent and response times fast

It's "beta" nature - having to compile votes to seek improvements in a commercial environment seems to go against spirit of what commercial recruitment is.

Great system and amazing team. Really good feedback system to digest changes and people vote on. Always moving forward.

We run a care and nursing recruitment business with lots of shifts and it didn't work for this part of our business. For perm and contract recruitment, it was excellent.

Having worked in the industry for nearly 20 years I have used many different CRM systems - Firefish is by far the best - it is really intuitive and providing you have entered good quality data (which is so easy to do!) it basically does your job for you leaving you feeling confident that you haven't 'missed out' on anyone.

There is nothing so far that I have found to be a probem

Intuitive, easy to navigate, exceptional customer service, drawn to the intelligent capabilities of the product

Doesn't talk to LinkedIn as effectively as possible, desire more notifications via email when hiring activity is logged in the system, desire a view for investors that don't use the product but like to have access to hiring activity and sales data

If this sounds like it¿d work for you, please drop support a line to get this activated. They would just need to know a name and email address to set up the free license with.

Easy to use, individual and the customer service is first class

Some of the cross referencing of the contact to candidates etc is not as good as I would like.

System never goes down and no lost time. It's easily accessible via the mobile app and the constant improvements are good to see. Perhaps most importantly, if I ever need to talk to someone, it's really easy to. The back office support is second to none.

One thing I would really like is a manually created talent pool. I'd like to almost "save for later" rather than it created a list of potential matches.
