Ease of use and the layout, I like that the side panel shows you the last 20 records you have viewed so you can jump back into them.

As with all software there is in initial learning curve, but once you are past this I would say I have no other negatives I can think of.

Being able to see all candidates CV's in one database. The system sends bulk emails to candidates which is a great feature.

Sometimes the software completely crashes or runs slow which means we are unable to use it to its full use.

It is very effective and extremely easy to use!

It is based off one platform that several companies use so it is less bespoke to our individual needs.

the ease of finding people and the way it links to emails

would be good if you could scroll only your own comments/posts on peoples records

The look and feel. It is very simple in comparison to what I have used in the past particulary when it comes to the recruitment process , there are a few things I would believe would enhance every recruiter but you get what you pay for and I believe I definitely got what I paid for

The lack of functionalities that would improve the whole recruitment process and that you have to put everything up on the community for something to be passed

Firefish is easy to work your way around and organises everything efficiently. If there is anything that I may not understand, I know there is lots of things put in place to help me and of course the team at firefish.

I think it would be brilliant if they had an app which recruiters could use on the go, this would keep up with technology and make things easier. Therefore, due to them not offering this I believe it is a con.

easy to use lets you know how your e-mail campaigns are , if e-mails have been read or not, if they have clicked the link, if they have applied easy to manage

You can only have 1 client contact per job. It would be handy to be able to have more than one client contact per job.

I like that it is designed with recruiters in mind, by people who have worked in recruitment. Many systems are designed for the industry without the knowledge and understanding of what is useful, what is relevant and what is going to make a difference in my day to day workalike. Firefish succeeds in all of these areas they are constantly interacting with customers to see where it can be improved rather than deciding upon innovations that might make the system look nice but then lose functionality.

There are relatively few negatives with the software as a whole. Having the ability to add in new personalised templates that you can pick and choose to use rather than than the pre-defined templates would be beneficial but this is about it.

The capacity for holding information and user friendly dashboard for managing daily tasks

Some of the features are not so user friendly, particularly if you haven't got hours spare to attend webinars and watch instruction videos.

Very appealing to look at, easier to access information, good service from the support tram

There is no availabilty calendar or intergreted route planner from candidate to client

Easy to scan and shortlist for candidates

Unable to make changes or go back on letters. always have to delete work and re do templates from the start

Layout is relatively clean and the learning curve isn't that steepThe email add-on is very uselful

You can't run it easily on multiple tabs - a complete necessity for productive working .There is a real lack of features - I will try to do something that isn't possible on a daily basis

user-friendly and easy to navigate. The intergrated job board looks great

There is nothing on this system targeted for Temporary recruitment. Its very difficult to keep everything updated. Even features like an availability calendar would help (Some candidates can work Mon, Thurs and Fri. The system as a whole is great and i would love it as a perms consultant but i work a temp desk and the system does not help at all.

Easy of navigation. Easy to create a job and an advert. Keeps all information together. Easy to create lists of candidates to come back to.

When in a saved list if you open another tab to look at something else, you lose your place in the saved list. Also when typing an email you cannot access the information on a candidate or contact that you sometimes need to include in the email (would be useful to have a minimise button on the email pop-up).

How it allows you to keep track of everything

Sometimes it can be abit slow and you cant review your applications without clicking on it

- User friendly dashboard - To-do list on the dashboard which acts as a daily planner - Accurate KPI and sale tracking features

- Overall happy with the software and any criticisms we tend to raise with Firefish and normally find a workaround.

It is easy to use and can track my roles with ease.

On the contractor side of things, it's a little less user friendly - ie. changing a start date, amending a contract without deleting the first one and not able to reinstate a candidate who has been terminated.

Love the functionality of giving the candidate's control to create their own account and their fire tank where you can suggest improvements or better ways to do things. Always improving and thinking about how they can be better. Customer service is fast at getting back to your queries.

Not experienced anything so far. (Been with Firefish for over a year)

FF is easy to use which makes the job easier. It runs smoothly and flows easy.

The reporting/analysing takes some practise.

I love that the Adverts are automatically linked to job boards.Keeps all employees up to dateGreat for tracking KPI's Candidates and Contacts

Not always easy to track leads and be reminded to make long scheduled calls
