The ease of finding candidates with the in depth search

Cant save job searches. This makes it difficult when a candidate called you up from earlier in the day and you need to go through the specifics again

It's very user friendly, easy to train new people on and it has a great workflow. The dashboard isn't too busy and the functionality overall is the best I've used after almost 20 years in recruitment.

You have to scroll up and down too much to look at the screen. There could be a few small shortcuts and things added that we need in the HR space.

This software provides easy access to candidate information which makes my job easier when it comes to filling my jobs with the appropriate and most qualified candidates.

If I could change one thing about FireFish it would be, a list to show in order the date of availability of candidates when you do a search for a specific candidate. I would also like it if it showed candidates "skills" in one section on the main screen of their profile.

Great for storing candidate information and tracking them through the recruitment process. Great for managing adverts/open roles.

Must know what candidate you are looking for as search function is lacking. Nowhere to store contacted network/relatonships

Firefish is a fantastic bit of a software that puts other archaic recruitment CRM to shame.

I dislike the fact it is built into a browser rather than a standalone app. I appreciate this lets you use it from any device but as always you are at the discretion of the browser and not all browsers are built alike.

Its a very easy software to use and easy to set up and customise. It allows me to keep in touch with both clients and candidates and keeps me right for GDPR.

Talent pools are not as intuitive as they supposed to be

The ability to continually suggest improvements and additions

The inability to view a CV while on a call with a candidate without downloading the document

It is easy to use, very straight forward and quick to learn

I don't like how slow it is to do several searches, you often have to go back to the search and it can be time consuming. I also don't like the new update where it has removed the tabs from the profiles, this also has a time impact as you have to do more stages to get to the desired page

What can I say! I extensively researched CRM systems within the recruitment industry and chose Firefish for a number of reasons including value for money, customer service and its easy to use interface. I have not been disappointed. As the company MD I can oversee my consultants progress, set individual kpi's and generate useful reports. The system is easy to use and a fantastic management tool

No access to an App for on the go! It would be great to see this feature

Firefish is generally very easy to navigate, the UX/UI design makes it easy to switch between screens etc.

There are no features off the top of my head that I can think of.

Ease of use - workflow is logical and straight forward. Uploading candidates and emails direct from outlook is extremely efficient The customer support team and absolutely fantastic and always extremely helpful

Currently, it doesn't connect with LinkedIn Recruiter which makes candidate management slightly more difficult.

A very easy to use system that's value for money with great back office support and regular updated features.

Nothing negative to say about this software.

Very useful and switched on customer service team.

Can feel a bit clunky moving someone from the advert section to the job section e.g. having to 'consider' them first

Firefish has all the added extras required to ensure every detail is able to be inputted. This keeps track of all our clients and candidates between all three of the businesses within our group.

Not being able to spell check emails when sending them through Firefish.

This software is easy to use and it doesn't take a lot of time to get used toTracking candidates progress or taking notes, your experience with this software will be very productive if you use the right tools offer to you by the firefish team.

It would be great if we could make saved searches with filters we want to track and get notified if a candidate fits those particular criteria and is added to that search and for us to get a notification for it either by a simple notification on firefish or even on our email.

I love how easy the system is to use, some recruitment systems can be difficult to use. Everything is in a simple structure and easy to use.

I have not found anything that I don't like about this product so far.

Love the candidate management features.

Dislike how my interviews cannot be integrated into my diary.

We are a new business and finding the right CRM system was key. I have used Firefish in a previous business and new this had to be the one. Been in recruitment for 10 years I have used various systems, but Firefish is the best system out there.From integrations, coaching sessions, configurations, to general support - they have an amazing team that are there to help & support at anytime.

The only thing I feel could be improved is job platforms - as a new business we only have CV Library that is paid - I know there are free job boards out there, so would be good to have them on here too.

I haven't been too involved with the integration into our business, however, when it comes down to my use of uploading candidates to build a database and search for candidates it is very easy to use.

Not being able to add more than one position when creating a candidate profile

I use the Advert posting, applicant processing, and CV database. I absolutely love all these features as they're incredibly easy to use and very convenient. My favourite feature is the option for mandatory pre-screening questions as this saves me a lot of time when going through the job applications.

Honestly, not many cons come to mind as there are parts of Firefish I don't use but perhaps the organisation of the Candidate profiles. The CV is buried on the last tab in documents but is the most important thing on someone's profile.

I love the way the software is constantly evolving to our needs - great system which I am sure can do so much more for us

That it doesn't have an auto save when you input information - if you don't click save sometime you can lose info
