Navigating through the CRM is very easy

Some features aren't explained in enough detail which leads people to just disregard them and not get the whole experience.

What I love about Firefish is the ease of use and the "fish tank". This enables you to learn the software in your own time through watching online seminars. The ease of use is great and the support team are always on hand!

As with all softwares, there are glitches from time to time but with help from the fantastic support team they are quickly fixed!

So simple and easy to use Creates incredible amount of engagement Portal for candidates and client to login and set preferences (eg Job Alerts) So easy to share jobs across social media platforms

Nothing - it is all brilliant! Constantly new features being created too

Easy to move candidates through interview processes

It would be nice to be able to stack up tabs easier rather than just having the history

Boolean search tool could be better, and location settings do not filter out candidates very well

Easy to navigate once taught helpdesk are quick still only 4 weeks

Can hang sometimes and can be slow so far and appears to be candidte than overall ATS

The thing I benefit from the most are the extensive reports I can download

It took a while to get used to the platform - but the guides/videos did and do still help

it is quite easy to pick up how to use the system. I find it didn't take me long to learn the system and I can work it quite well.

As a temp consultant, i don't feel it's the best software for this sort of recruitment. I've used IQX in the past and it was very good for it.

We're always improving our product, and to that end we've added a lot of extra temp functionality that we hope you find useful!

Easy to navigate and upload CVs and updates

Runs slightly slow at times and I don't get notifications for follow ups

That you can navigate your adverts and jobs easily. Knowing where each job is at by using the live jobs section is great.

i do not like that you cannot change your talent pools and who is on them. You have to keep everyone on them and it is frustrating when you want to take one off.

It is extremely seamless to upload jobs Very user friendly right from the beginning The Talent Pool function is great Sales Figures section is the winner as it simply calculates your figures after each placement

None so far to date! The changeover was extremely beneficial with the little details making a big impact

love this software, is so intuitive and nothing seems 'overly engineered' yet the functionality is really advanced. Makes recruitment paint by numbers - everything you need to do is right there in front of you every day.

No Cons - maybe in future voice recognition like Alexa. ;)

I like the report features, standard reports are great but report builder lets me generate reports specific to my companies needs.

It took me a while to figure out report builder but once it clicked it was easy.

Searching for candidates is really easy and the recently looked at box on the left is great.

If I misspell a word or name it doesn't guess what I mean.

So easy to use. On hand support for any advice or issues Lots of reporting options good KPI Tracker East to monitor teams performance

Nothing that negative to report. Sometimes advice is needed on the bespoke report building sections of the software

It has been designed by people in the recruitment industry, it is intuitive and there are multiple ways to reach the same goal. It understands people are not all wired the same way and you can play about with it so that it is efficient for your needs. I hardly required any training to understand how to use it because it was designed to make sense instinctively.

I have not discovered anything yet which I am not happy with.

Firefish is an intuitive system with a good user interface. Very responsive team. Reporting functionality. Being able to input to future features, we recently enjoyed being part of the latest beta.

Not being able to bulk upload candidates. Not being able to bulk delete people from potential lists.

Ease of use, social integration, great candidate experience, Firefish team are great to deal with, workflows are simple, great website integration.

Manages your job page on website very well directly from posting jobs in the system, Very well organised on the dashboard too

No hourly/daily pay differentiation. I would also have been good if the outlook add in for Firefish would work better with apple products as you need a windows system at the moment.
