Pros

They did an excellent job of understanding our requirements and building everything to meet those requirements. Ongoing support is both responsive and excellent.
Despite the good and reliable software, Firmwater does offer an outstanding customer service. We had many requests and demands and yet, all of them have been fulfilled to our statisfaction.
This LMS is fantastic for training companies such as our own that resell training programs to other businesses. Firmwater provides a great service to our company.

Pros

The different views and settings within each view are great. The option to share a view with a link, and/or invite guests over to use the software with you is a great feature.
I love the versatility of this program. It is my responsibility to help my clients find the perfect tools for efficiency and productivity and I often recommend they look at ClickUp.
Great for just every project management and task organization. Integrates great with other apps and has a fantastic chrome extension.

Cons

The per-head registration fee is the same, regardless of the size of the price of the course, but I think this is more our problem than theirs.
I don't have any outright complaints. If a user is experiencing issues with the trainings we put out it's sometimes because they're using outdated software.
This means that I can have groups of users completely isolated from each other and only upload my content to the system once.

Cons

Everything is too much grey in grey, they have pain to read (and they hate the dark mode! It's depressing!) the font is too small.
Too complex for an individual's needs, sometimes illogical, and a terrible android app is the icing on the cake.
It can get complicated real quick. The downside of this software is that it has too many tabs and folders all in a small space which makes it confusing at times.
