Freshteam has allowed our company's applicant tracking to be more efficient and organized. The software has an excellent user interface and is very user friendly. The customer service team is excellent and helped the entire team learn how to use the software to its maximum potential.
There is nothing I dislike about Freshteam. Our entire department has begun using it and any time we have a concern, customer service is there to help.

Learning how to use talent recruitment software.
Freshteams requires 60 days prior notice to cancel your account, and makes no exceptions. There is also little notice about this, so if you're planning to cancel, beward. Even though we quit using the program and did not opt to renew, an automatic renewal was processed, and they would not cancel and refund the payment.

Freshteams was easy to rollout with our organization and is great for our recruiting needs.
Its great how easily you can add new candidates to the platform and schedule interviews.
Interview Feedback cards are difficult to get filled out by internal employees, would love a way to ping them easily. Do not like the way you move a candidate along the process as some buckets are locked.

The system is great but the support is super slow and sometimes don't answer with days! When it comes to HR people normally need a fast resolution of their problem.
The recruitment tool is really powerful and functional, saves a lot of time.
The Time off policy - it is very important but we seem to be having a lot of troubles with it

It works well enough. The carrer page is high functioning and easy to deploy to wordpress.
Cost and startup credit. The carrer page is easy to use.
Lack of support. Probably would have given it more of a chance had there been structred onboarding.

Perfect, it does its job perfectly.
It's so efficient, it has automated functions that will do everything perfectly and it organizes the data very well and will reduce the hiring costs a lot, 10/10.Almost forgot, it has a 21-day free trial, fantastic!

Ease of tracking selection process for each candidate and communicating with the search team.
That the trial version included more bells and whistles than I anticipated. I expected I was getting a trial of the level I was signing up for. Good marketing because once I had used the features, I did want to keep them.

We tried several platforms and found Freshteam as the only one that’s a perfect match with our needs. Shallow learning curve, good array of features even with the free plan, nice interface

Customer service is quick to respond and happy to help.
I like the price. Its easy to post a job and then duplicate the job. It was easy to manage candidates (Accept, reject, etc.)
I don't like that when you post a job its not possible to reshare the job to job boards. We had job open for a couple of months, but it would only post it to the external job sites once.

FreshTeam allowed to find candidates, manage the list of candidates, give a form for them to subscribe for the job and keep track of every step for the candidate. Helped greatly my company.
The ease of use in particular, the beautiful and intuitive interface, all the features that complete this software in overall and the price, kinda affordable.
I don't have any particular complain, maybe just the lack of very little features that aren't essential at all.
