I love everything about this program. Simple to use and set up to the needs of my business

I have no complaints at all. This program is simple.

UI, Reporting and Support could be better. Also some logical processes are missing

I like the modern UI and intuitive workflows. Adding sync from AD is fantastic as well.

The process for job offers is a bit confusing and could be reworked

I love the ability to customize the workflow for the candidates. I also love the kanban view of candidates. Love the colors. Visually appealing and clean.

The candidate profile page has too many tabs for my liking and the design of the pages can use some updates. The help section could be more helpful. There are times when I couldn’t find what I was looking for and had to email them.

The number of features is fantastic! The interface is also very good and clearly designed, so you can find everything you need quite quickly. There used to be flat prices for 50 users. That's what I liked about Freshteam, too.

The price change recently was huge. Customer service was not particularly quick to respond to questions, and in some cases there was no response at all to queries. There are also too many channels, you don't even know how to turn where.

I mostly liked the layout and interview scheduling feature that would remind me via email so I didn't forget upcoming appointments.

There was no way to abbreviate a company name for our knowledge and being new to the company at the time was difficult as we could only assume based on the location but as we are added more companies it becomes more of a range it should definitely be utilized for more experienced but not those who are training to get in this industry.

Was easy to get started. Features were adequate.

Lacked some refinement and a bit sluggish.

That I could have all the info I needed to gather in one place, that it integrated with other software that we use easily and nicely, and the ease of implementing and customizing it. Oh, and the support team is really quick and responsive whenever I had any questions.

I can't think of anything that I would dislike about this software.
